I Have the correct info when introd to upgrade though the app, but it continues to fail. Why? Please do not allow my card to be charged

Launch the App Store and login.

It loads for a second and then takes me right back to the same screen. I have looked to see if there is some information that isnt valid, but it is all correct. This sometimes happens when there is a problem with the expense report, missing data entered, or incomplete reference data somewhere.
In case the issue isn't the missing state/province, which is applicable for some countries only, you can also check the approval process configuration, and the maximum limits defined for the expense types if there are any currency dependent amounts. That is, there is a limit that is defined by USD, which is not the home currency of the traveler. If there are conditions such as these defined, please ensure that the currency exchange rates for all currency amounts used in the expense report and the configuration are defined in the system.
If you have a screenshot, we can also take a look at any errors that are popping up.

I'm on my iPad, so I don't know if this is the page with an actual download. I don't see a button, but assume that is because I am on an iPad. It is in the DL section of Apple downloads.

You donwloaded it on your ipod ( this is the ipod forum)? it is in the videos app.
On your computer? it should be in your library under movies.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

Hey I finally got an older vesion of itunes to work!!! 10.7 x64 for windows 7
After uninstalling all apple products even quicktime
I had to delete everything from (program files, and program files x64, program data,)
And all downloads from apple, and I went in to search deleted other stuff from apple, and itunes
But definently not my itunes library and Playlist
Down loaded 10.7 x64 for windows 7, but checked (do not start when done)
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
I ran geek tech tool box same as reg cure pro, also PC Tools registry cleaner, and CC Cleaner
Then I emptied my recycling bin and restarted my PC
And wallah... It finally works, and I Love the older version anyways.

Yeah, got that with my son's Touch today. I had to give up my old Apple ID (not an email address) after my iOS 5 update on my iPad, so I had to "merge" it with my email address. Try closing all open applications in multitasking and power cycling the device. Once this is done test the results. If the issue persists, I have included a couple troubleshooting articles that I would recommend going through.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.

If you are downloading multiple apps then they will download one at a time. If it's just the one app that you are downloading (and you're using wifi if it's over the 20 meg limit for 3G), then try a reset and see if it resumes loading after the iPad has restarted : ress and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
