Go into your account payment method and verify your information. Once in a while this happens and it just wants you to reconfirm your credit cards CVV number.

When I attempt to purchase gems from Clash of Clans, I get a message that my purchase could not be completed. I have ample funds available for the purchase, and have tried changing my account and downloading app in the new account.

In-App Purchase could not be completed?
After making multiple in-app purchases this week I suddenly can't make purchases. I now just receive a message saying, "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed." After that it goes to a screen that says, "Cannot connect to Itunes Store." I assume it's because I've made more purchases this week than I usually do so maybe it's a security thing but I'm not sure.
Anyone know why this is happening? And better yet, if this happened to you, what fixed the problem? I'd rather not wait for support to get back to me on this...

The Purchases, BIlling & Redemption used to be an option on the screen after clicking on 'Contact iTunes Store Support', but I've just tried it and it looks like they've changed the screens again - as well as Purchases, Billing & Redemption, there were options for Account Management, Password And Security Questions, but it now looks like its just phone contact during limited hours. When I try to download a book from IBooks I get the message "your PUrchase Could Not be Completed" I've gotten books downloaded before, but not since the most recent OS upgrade to 7.0.4

I have rebooted my phone twice already and also have turned off my wifi and turned it back on. Is their any solution for this error?
Sounds like a case for the iTunes store support.
Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and click the blue link next to the green shopping bag. Follow the steps and send the iTunes store support en email explaining your situation. They should be able to look into it.

I can't even find the hbo go or Netflix app on ITunes or the App store. When I go directly to the hbo go website or Netflix website and try to download the apps directly I keep getting the message, "your request Could not be completed." after the message pops up I am then bumped to the App store. Does anyone have a solution?
