TS3297 Issues connecting Ipad with itune store

I am unable to connect to itune store from my iPad 3, while I could do so from my Macairbook and can also browse internet from Ipad. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated

Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

If your new iPad 3 has iOS 6.0.1 on it you need iTunes 10.7 or later in order to sync. iTunes 11.0.1 is the current version available to download from Apple. In order to run iTunes 10.7 or later your computer must have OSX 10.6.8 or later.
Your iMac has one OSX version to early to run the required iTunes. Go to the online Apple Store and search for OSX 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and then check the system requirement to see if your iMac can run snow Leopard. If it can purchase the upgrade and install it on your computer.
Once you install Snow Leopard you might consider upgrading further to Mountain Lion as that integrates better with iOS devices.

  • TS3297 Cannot connect to the itunes store.

I get "unknown error occurred (0x80092013). Tried firewall and proxy settings, nothing is working. This is frustrating. None of the troubleshooting is working for me...All I want to do is connect to the Itunes store from my desktop. Also, I can connect to the store on the other desktops and ipads in the house, just not this computer. And last but not least, is it possible to "manually manage songs" for your Iphone with multiple computers?
    Please Help!
    Thanks.

I'm having the same problem.  iOS, Network & iTunes are up to date and working fine.  But the Apps update just says "Cannot connect to the iTunes Store".  I've tried everything I can think of, but still no go.  I've not done iPhone support before.  How do we get Apple to address the problem?

    Hello there, Bondok13.
The following Knowledge Base article provides some great steps for troubleshooting the issue you're describing:
If you can't update or restore your iOS device
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
    Use recovery mode
Recovery mode erases your device and restores it, which should resolve the issue. If you previously synced with iTunes or iCloud, you may be able to restore from your backup after recovery.
Turn off your device. If you can't turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time and wait a few seconds for it to turn off.
Plug the device's USB cable into your computer only.
Hold down the device's Home button as you connect the USB cable to it.
When you see the Connect to iTunes screen, release the Home button. If you don't see this screen, try steps 1 through 3 one more time.
iTunes should open and display a message such as: "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."
Use iTunes to restore your device.
If you don't see your device in iTunes, follow these steps for Mac or these for Windows.
Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.
    Cheers,
    Pedro.

  • Why is there an error when connecting to the Itunes store?

When I try to connect to my Itunes, it says there is an error and to try back later? I have never had an issue with this and am unsure what to do to fix it. Also, when I try to download the newest version of Itunes it says it can't find the file with the Itunes "installationpackage.msi"? I have never had any issues connecting to my Itunes store or downloading a newer version..

  • My iTunes on my PC won't connect to the iTunes store

When I try to sync my Ipad with my PC, a window pops up that says my computer is no longer authorized and if I don't authorize it then all my apps will be deleted. In order to authorize my computer, the iTunes needs to connect with the iTunes store.I tried to authorize it but my iTunes WILL NOT connect to the iTunes store. I've tried for hours and on various days, and it's not an internet connection problem. I figured maybe I needed to update my iTunes but in order to check for updates in the first place I have to connect to the iTunes store. What shall I do?

  • ITunes cannot connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection refused

I guess this ends my relationship with the itunes store. Cannot connect despite following the boards recommended fixes, certificate changes, clock changes.
anyone else having issues connecting to the itunes store?

SO we rule out Winsock provider issue.
Can you try these entries in command prompt (Run as Administrator for Win7/Vista) one at a time?
    ipconfig /release
    then
    ipconfig /renew
    restart computer
    ipconfig /flushdns
totally shut down computer then restart.
    netsh winsock reset all
    restart computer
Now test your iTunes again. If that does not work, uninstall your Antivirus program and test again.
