    I have cleared all cookies and history and even rebooted several times.
    I even have the same issue with my iPad from time to time.
    This is some kind malware or virus that the Apple "know it alls" don't want to admit to.

    I found a couple of articles that might help with the issue you are experiencing with the iTunes Store.
    If you are getting a white screen when accessing the iTunes Store, I recommend reviewing this article:

    I've run into issues with users being prompted for proxy authentication when accessing the itunes store and found via extended logging on our proxy server that I had to add "ax.init.itunes.apple.com." to our list of sites allowed to bypass the proxy. (Yes, there is a dot at the end of the URL!)
    Hope this helps anyone else stuck on the same issue.

    I have a dell laptop operating with windows 7. When I access a song preview in the itunes store it plays for about 8 seconds then shuts off, I have no other problems with i tunes

    Fixed it by checking a previous thread,downloaded 10.6.3 for 64 bit fixed the problem

    I'm trying to purchase an album via iTunes and I keep getting the message:
    "Purchase of this item is currently not available. This item is being modified. Please try again later."
    What does that mean? Why is it listed in the store if it's not available? When will it be available?

    It means it's being modified, try again later.
    Sorry, but which part of that do you not understand?
    Perhaps they're changing the price, so while they are doing that, you cannot buy it. It'll save you moaning later that you bought it and then the price went down. Or perhaps they've found that the album is faulty and so it has been removed until they can upload a non-faulty version. In either case, it will be available when Apple are ready to make it available. No one here knows when that will be.
    Wait 24 hours and try again. If no luck, wait another 24 hours and try again. Obviously, Apple would prefer you to buy the song from them, so that's why it's still listed. But it's up to you how long you wait before deciding that you've waited long enough and you simply buy the album from another store. You have that choice, it's not compulsory to buy from Apple you know.

    Every time I go to type something in the search field, a "accessing iTunes" box pops up. It happens each time I type a letter into the search field. Also, when I go to buy a song, it just keeps asking me for my log-in and password over and over again. It won't let me complete the purchase.

    It seems 7.3.1(3) has been causing a lot of problems, especially with authorization. I have also started seeing this in red:
    FieldName:null.java.lang.Exception
    on error messages when trying to log in to authorize my Mac, AGAIN. I have authorized repeatedly, iTunes said authorization succeeded, and all is well in iTunes. However, the music I imported into iMovie HD will not play, because my Mac is not authorized!!!
    At first, just after the update, everything in my library had disappeared. However, after logging into the Store, everything reappeared. This happened sporadically for a few days, now everything loads properly when opening iTunes.
    I would like to see a fix from Apple on this; clearly, the latest version has a serious bug.

    I just dowloaded the new update for iTunes on my new computer (HP Envy) and now every time I try to access the apple store, iTunes crashes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes with no success. Help??

    Restart your computer and see if that helps.

  • Very confused with iTunes Store issues

    Dear all,
    I am a Mac user who owns several mac computers and several iOS devices.
    I have become very confused over my rights concerning my specific Apple iD.
    I understand that when purchasing DRM free music from iTunes (256 bit - it appears as Purchased AAC audio file) on my main Mac computer, then I can play this music to as many computers I have, not only 5. Is this correct?
    I remember at some point that on one of my other Mac computers ( my secondary computer - a Mac Mini) I was able to listen to my music purchased, in the past, on my main computer, by having it streamed (not downloaded) from the iCloud onto my secondary computer. Somehow this has been lost recently. Now I am faced with the task to authorise my secondary computer, which I cannot do, because I have 5 computers already authorised.
    What am I doing wrong?
    Has iTunes 11 changed anything in this respect?
    Any help will be most appreciated.

    I had tried all these, deleting 'Downloads' folder in 'iTunes Media', creating a new user (administrator) account and downloading movie with the new account, following error -50 trouble shooting steps, but none of them worked. I did contact iTunes customer service. In addition to what listed above, they also suggested I download the movie using another computer and transfer the file to my macbook air, which has nothing to do with my problem at all.

    I'm getting an error when trying to connect to App Store/iTunes Store that reads "ConnectionManager::invoke::Failed to find service connection url."  This just started about an hour ago.  Before that, everything was working fine.  I can access the internet and other secure sites, but not iTunes store.  I've gone through all the troubleshooting regarding iTunes connection issues.  Any suggestions?

    thank you for the response...i was starting to think i wasnt going to get help... i have had comcast for about a year and a half (hate the service) and itunes worked before...i did try powercycling the modem a few times... unplugged everything... went to work came back and plugged it all back in... nothing!!! i am using a router but have direct connected to the cable box before and still had problems... can you think of anything else?

Have followed all the diagnostic routines.  Been on the fone w/ HELP , no success. This code appears to apply to windows . but I can't get past this code.
