You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

Why won't the App Store let me download things that are free, just because I don't have money on my card sometimes, it's free so I just don't get it??
You can try to make a new account on iTunes Store if you didnt have yet.
I had the same problem with iTunes Store, the only thing you can do is to put some money on that credit card you are using with you account. iTunes Store already keeping some money for the last purchase you made you can see all info on the Account option and then Purchase history ... -

Download them to iTunes abd then sync the apps. Make an appointment with Apple and see what the problem is. -

Does the name and address on your credit card match exactly the name and address on your iTunes account, and have you checked with your card issuer to see if they are ones who are declining it ? My iPhne is 4S, after I downloading the latest OS 5.1 and extracting and verifying, it came to a point on iTunes where it could not at all, activate my iPhone. A message popped up on iTunes saying - "There is a problem with your iPhone"; We're sorry, the iPhone you connected may be damaged and cannot be activated for service. We recommend that you visit your nearest Apple Store for more information. Please kindly suggest me how to do.

It is a hardware/software fault which you'll have to get the iPhone replaced if you're under warranty. -
I can't download the new version of iTunes. Halfway through the installation a pop up window appears saying, "There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program run as a part of a set up did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
Got exact same problem, was told to delete all old apple, quick time and bonjoir from computer then it would work. I use a programme called malware bytes and this takes everthing out of your computer right down to the roots but unfortunately I still have same problem

Okay ... try downloading and saving a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe to your PC from the Apple website:

Now download a trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/download.php
Open the iTunesSetup.exe with WinRAR, and try to run the standalone install of Apple Application Support from the AppleApplicationSupport.msi you find in there.
It works now BUT there are still problems. It is not allowing or recognizing my Cd/DVD player and i CANT burn. Looking still for this fix. -

Norton is notorious for false positives. Update your virus definitions, and make sure you only download updates from the adobe.com website.

When I log into my acc it ammediatly says there's a problem with my last purchase and to go to my purchase history to clear it. When I hit continue its suppose to take me to the history but it just loads then says cannot connect
