TS3297 the iTunes store is making me answer security questions that I don't know the answer to and it won't let me purchase music if I don't answer the questions so what should I do?

Please help me I just purchased an iTunes card and I want to use it immediatly

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then see if the instructions on this user tip helps you get them reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

Can someone help me please ? I was using itunes (downloading albums etc) just half an hour ago. I had a pop up asking me if i'd like to download the latest version of itunes, which i accepted. When the update had finshed downloading, i then restarted my computer, as i usually would. There could be any number of items causing this. First off is do you have an active internet connection? If so have you tried rebooting you computer?

Windows 8 or Windows RT? iTunes won't run on Windows RT. It should run on Windows 8. Use the appropriate installer from an account with administrator privileges.

Assuming you have an iPad wi-fi+3G, were you connected to an available wi-fi network when attempting to download the application?
Regardless, installing such a large app on your iPad is probably best via the iTunes sync process which might be required with such a large app.

Always remember to 'de-authorize' you computer when selling or sending for service. If sending for repairs you might not get the same mother board or HD back and some how this counts as an authorized computer against your count.

you may have flipped the micro switch inside the audio jack. To rectify this issue take a toothpick an gently wiggle it inside your audio jack.

Hi, I had this problem when I first went to use iTunes with iCloud. using Windows 8 OS. Everytime I tried to download from iCloud error 5105 came up... not sure this will work for everyone, but pretty simple, I closed iTunes and restarted it and everything worked fine
