TS3354 I ordered Batman The Dark Knight Rises in HD, both of my computers get the same error message and neither will play it, can I swap the HD version for a playable version?

I ordered Batman the Dark Knight Rises in HD but I get an error message that says it cannot play the movie on both of my computers. Can I swap this version for one that will work?

After I reformatted my Window 7 machine I'm getting this error too. I deauthorized all my devices and started fresh with my newly reformatted PC thinking that would solve the issue but no go...
Any insight?

Hi, I had the same question and I just asked the "iTunes Store/Mac App Store Customer Support" this question. They basically said that if I purchased "The Dark Knight Trilogy" I would be charged for all three movies, even though I have previously bought the two of the three movies.
It appears that movie bundles doesn't work like "complete my album" for music. If you purchased recently, you could try explaining the situation to the iTunes Support staff and seeing if they will remove "the Dark Knife Rises" by giving you store credit, then you can purchase the Trilogy instead. It could be worth a try.

If you look at the limitations of the game in BlackBerry World (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/20082872/) you can find out that the game is only available in some countries. Is your country one of the mentioned ? If not, that is the reason why it is not available.
If you want to know more on why only few countries are available, you can contact the developer (Gameloft inc.) for more information.

That's a peculiar one to get in the context of a QuickTime uninstall.
Which particular version of QuickTime for Windows are you currently running? (7.7.5, 7.7.4, something earlier?)

I cannot find the answer anywhere. You need to give answers to how to fix these errors because when I "search" "error code" or the number there is NOTHING. NOTHING! Yet you give us these stupid error codes
then you do not give us ANYTHING on how to fix these. These error codes make me so mad it makes me hate outlook, and hate the developers and hate microsoft. How in the world can you give us ERROR codes without the explanation of what
to do or how to fix it. You need to add each error code number in your "search" then explain what it is and how to fix it. I am not a tech. I am a lawyer. I have googled the entire string of error code and nothing is clear.

I understand how frustrated you are when facing such an issue, maybe I can provide some suggestions on the problem.
Based on the description, you should be using an IMAP account setup in Outlook. As for the error message, usually it's caused by a corrupted message on the Server. I suggest you logon the Webmail site, check if sending/receiving emails works well.
If you find any unusual emails that cannot be read or sent, try deleting them to try again.
I also suggest you create a new profile to setup the IMAP account:

Contact your Email Service Provider to get the correct and latest account settings, since you have been using Outlook for years, some settings may have been changed while you haven't been informed.

What Airplane Mode program? To stop a running program launch Activity Monitor (in utilities folder) and quit the program from there. To remove the program drag it to the trash or better use the uninstaller that should have come with it.

Try deleting iTunes from your computer. Do not delete your iTunes library. Then download and install a fresh copy if iTunes. Reboot your computer after installation of iTunes.
Then reboot your phone. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.
Reconnect the phone to your computer running iTunes and see if the sync process will go through.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features(Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (If this won't uninstall press on)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:

C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

- Did it ever work properly?
- Are there error messages?

What version of Thunderbird?
First try this just in case this a Sent folder issue. Right click on 'Sent' Folder and choose 'Properties' then click on 'Repair Folder', click on OK.
Close and reopen Thunderbird.
This will make sure the indexing is correct.
Try Archiving emails in the Sent folder (Ctrl+A will highlight all Sent emails and display them as conversation - click on 'Archive ' button) and then right click on Sent folder and choose Compact.
This will get all the old emails into an Archive folder and compact will remove any traces of old deleted sent mail, thus freeing up space.
It could also be an issue at the server end.

Error message when trying to play music on computer states The song ... could not be used because the original file could not be found. However, my library shows how many items and the GBs used. How do I locate the files?

When tracks in iTunes display a it means the file cannot be located; it may have been moved or deleted. You'll have to locate the file manually if it is still available. For more information refer to the following article:
