My Magic Jack is not working properly. I can make a call and the person I have called can hear me but I can't hear them. What can I do to fix this?

if it play not sound at all then it's likely the hardware issue where the headset detector gets stuck

Tecra M5: finger print sensor is not working properly since a drink was spilt into the keyboard

My finger print sensor is not working properly since a drink was spilt into the keyboard. When booting up, it automatically "fails" 5 times in a row (without any attempts to swipe a finger), then defaults to password entry to boot the machine's hard drive.
This is not a problem and all i want to do is disable the finger print sensor, but cannot work out how to do this. I've tried uninstalling the driver, which I seemed to do without any problems, but when rebooting, the sensor still seems active, and still goes through the same process.
Everything else works fine and this is just a minor niggle, but I'd like to remove the annoyance of it beeping at me 5 times while it does its thing!
Can anyone tell me how I completely disable it?

Have you removed the fingerprint software? If yes check if in device manager is listed some unknown device. Please post the result.
Maybe you can try to disable this unknown device and it will not be recognized as new hardware every time when you start the notebook.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. You can't delete the update and your problem probably is not in the Update.
Check to see if Location Services is turned ON. (Settings > Privacy > Location Services)
What model iPad Mini do you have? WiFi or WiFi + Cellular

Yesterday I opened up the iMac and reinstalled the drive to make sure that it was not an alignment problem.   I still can not eject.   When I try to eject the drive makes noises like it is ejecting but the disk does not come out.
How do I solve this problem?

You have also tried resetting the PRAM as I suggestion in your other thread...?

I have photoshop loaded but in trying to look at raw images it says my camera raw does not support the sony alpha 65 which is what I have. I went out and tried to download the newest raw version and even went out and did a zipfile download and it will not update my current version. What should I do

HT4515 Just tried to place a call on my new iPhone5S. I can hear the person I'm calling, they cannot hear me. The microphone icon has a line through it, but tapping the icon does not make a difference.

Z2 double tap to wake up the screen is not working properly when taking it out of pocket

when i take my phone out of my pocket, the double tap function is not working properly, sometimes i have to tap over and over to wake up the screen.
do you know why? does same thing happen to yours ?
and please dont tell me not to use it. i have paid 700$ and i have right to use my phone fully functioning.

Actually it needs some practice, you need two gentle taps on the upper third of the phone (around the place where the clock shows on lock screen), tapping too hard or tapping on the lower part of the phone will require repeating the tapping more than one time. This is from my personal experience.

Bluetooth not working properly Z10 with Subaru 2010 and 2012

From the start approx 6 weeks ago, Z10 would not automatically pair (discover) had to manually connected everytime. Sometimes had to turn Bluetooth off and on several times to connect. Once connected Music and phone worked fine thru car speakers.
Every Blackberry I had in the past worked perfectly.
Now in the last week it shows on the screen in the Subaru that it is paired/connected.
Phone rings through car speakers, but goes to the phone speaker when answered. Also music plays thru the phone speakers!!
Any ideas?

I occasionally have to manually switch mine to BT Audio on the Z10 when a call comes in. There should be a button on the phone screen for it. Kind of annoying.

Just had this occure as you described: ringer only all other sounds mute. The second time this has happened. A simple reboot (turn off and on) restored normal functionality. the first time I read some post but don't remember how I restored it then so I am back here again. Seems like the problem and fix is different for different people, but this time for me a reboot did it.
