If the battery % is above 95% it doesn't charge. Let it drop below 94.

Some standard system statuses are preconfigured to disalowe certain activities when the system status s set. You can try setting in your status profile for that status the business transaction "Change document" to "Allowed".

Alert to IC Agent when the status for the service request is changed

HI,
When a Service request status is changed to completed immediately the ic Agent should receive an Alert so that he can call the customer for survey. If he has not taken any action then the alert should be available in his inbox and an Alert should be sent to his manager that the Ic Agent has not done the survey.

You may try in the service request action profile, when the status is set 'completed' then trigger the alert.
For this you have to first configure the alert.

My playlists only appear in itunes when my ipod is connected, and it will not allow me to drag songs into playlists from the music library, can anyone help. Have downloaded newest version of itunes and using windows xp.

My Playlist only appear in the itunes when the ipod is connected , and I can not drag a song into a playlist, Also I repeatedly get a message to authorize the songs purchased in order to sync the ipod. I followed the instructions in the help menu on doing this but nothing seems to work, Help anybody ? Have installed the lastest version of itunes and I'm running windows XP. Thanks

Is it possible that you are not seeing the thirteenth song because you did not scroll all the way down within the playlist?

How to make the SLA time stop when the status of SR is set to Customer Action?

Dear All,
When a Service Request is created, the agent take over this SR and then set the status to Customer Action. I know the CRM 7.03 has the ability to exclude the Cumtomer Action time out form the Response time of SLA. However, I don`t know how to set it up. Could somebody help to give me some information about this?
I noticed that in SLA, there is a Work duration(SRQ_WORK_DUR) and a Total Duration(SRQ_TOT_DUR), which Duration is used to affect the traffic light of SLA MPT time?

Hi,
in fact you can only trace duration of Customer Action status lifetime - this you can do by
SPRO -> ... -> Define Settings for Durations.
and SPRO -> ... -> Date Management to create this new duration and add to SR dates profile.
So then in Dates tab of Service Request you will have new duration called eg. Customer Action.
If you would like to additionally exclude it from Due Date, so you should then add this status lifetime to Due Date - then Due Date would be pushed to the future (eg. Customer Action status took 3 hours, so after changing status to other one you can write down this time to duration, and then add to Due Date).
For that you need to have a development - eg. using CRM BT Events, or in WebUI layer.

Can I change my address when the status of my order is shipped? What should I do if I want to change it?

I have just make an order yesterday, and it tells me that I will receive my computer between Sep 21th and Sep 23th. However, I will not be the place where the shipping and billing address show. I want to change the shipping and billing address now, but I can't edit them because the status of my order is shipped. What should I do if I want to change the adderss?

How do I fetch projects from OEPE when the status of my Developer Cloud Service is 'unknown'

The status of my Oracle Developer Cloud Service has become 'unknown' since last March 30.
Even though the status is 'unknown', I created two project on the Service Console(Developer Cloud Service web interface) and they look fine.
But when I try to fetch the projects that I created on the Service Console from Oracle Cloud view of OEPE, nothing was fetched except my database service.
I assume that because of the status, OEPE can't fetch the projects.
If anyone knows how to solve this problem or any workarounds, please let me know

How to recover the status of my Developer Cloud Service as ‘Active’ again.
How to fetch the project that I have created on Developer Cloud Service Portal from Oracle Cloud view of OEPE.

When you log in to MyServices, are you able to successfully open the web ui for Developer Cloud Service (Open Service Console)? Do you see your projects listed in the Developer Cloud Service web UI?
In the OEPE Cloud View, were you able to provide your Cloud credentials successfully? username, password, identity domain and US Commercial 2 for the data center
Also, which version of OEPE are you using?

T540p Energy Manager shows "Battery not installed"

Strange issue with my T540p: After having the machine running for the whole day unattended on mains power I come back to a grey Battery symbol with a mouse-over "battery not installed". The battery provides power, as the computer continues to run when disconnected from mains. Shutdown, taking out battery, wait does not change anything. The machine is a Win 7 x64 Power Manager and drivers installed via Lenovo Systems update, dirvers are current, no new available. Did anybody experiance this issue?

I have tried numerous things, restart, with battery either connected to the mains or not, restart without battery but with mains , taking out battery while it was running. I checked, whether there are old Software/Drivewr packages with the software recommended by ColonelONeil, checked for new drivers, reinstalled energy manager - same thing... Is thereany software, i can use to check whether there is communication with the battery? By the way, I see a new BIOS version, but I can not install as the process requires a "fully charged battery"...

First thing you need I think is to get your iMac connected to the Internet.
Shut down your iMac and you iPad. Then power off your router. Wait 30 seconds and power up the router.
After the router indicates that it is connected to the Internet then start up your iMac and see if it connects. If the iMac connects to the Internet then your iPad should too.
If this power up sequence doesn't work you'll have to dig into the router setup to make sure it is working properly.

First check the connections on the power adapter and the MBP. Make certain that they are clean and see if the spring loaded connectors on the power adapter are not stuck.
Try a SMC reset:

If available, try another power adapter.
If no success, bring the MBP and the power adapter to an Apple store genius bar for a free evaluation.

What do I do when an Automatic Download of a show does not happen as scheduled?

I have a "season pass" to a show that airs on Wednesday nights. I received an email today saying I had a new episode ready to download. I open my Itunes and the episode will not download. Just looking for someone to point me in the right direction.

When using iMessage from Mac it shows email, not phone number

When I text people from iMessage on my MacBook Pro it is showoing my email address, not my phone number on the reciever's end.
How do I fix this?

You can change the address that new iMessage conversations are started with in Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Start new conversations from:. Note that this setting applies only to new conversations. If you would like to change the address from which messages are sent, first change this setting, and then delete the existing conversation and start a new one.
iMessage responses will be sent from the address the recipient most recently messaged. For example, a friend sends you a message to your Apple ID. Responses in this conversation will be sent from your Apple ID, even if you've selected new conversations to start from your phone number.

How do I download a pre-ordered album, when the status says 'perchased'?

I pre-orded the Midnight Memories EP by One Direction when there was first the option to pre-order it. I recieved an email today saying that it was avaliable/ out today. I went into itunes on my phone but it said 'perchased', there was no option to download it. I then checked on my laptop to see if i could download it on there but it still said perchased. What can I do to download it? thank you to whoever can answer this

Brand new T410 shows battery not authentic message?

Hi everyone,
I just received a T410 that I ordered from the Lenovo website and noticed that the Lenovo Power Manager is showing the following error message on the taskbar:
"The battery installed in this computer is not a genuine Lenovo battery and may not meet Lenovo's safety and quality standards. Double click to learn abut genuine Lenovo batteries."
The alert for this message is always being displayed on the taskbar right beside the battery meter making it quite annoying. I just received my laptop from Lenovo so am confused as to why I would be having this issue.
Has anyone else gotten this message before and if yes, do you know how to fix it? Also is it possible that I could have received a defective or else non-authentic battery from Lenovo that would be causing this issue?
The battery model # that power manager shows is : 42T4801
It should be the 9cell, LI Battery TWSL battery.
I didn't see it listed in the list of batteries that double-clicking the message takes me to.
My computer model is ThinkPad T410 2516-CTO with Integrated graphics and the i7 620M processor.
Any ideas in regards to resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
