TS3510 I cant seem to log in to Facetime and iMessage.
Whenever I log in my apple id it would give me 2 seconds and goes back to the log in screen. It says:
You were signed out of iMessage because your Apple ID or password changed. Sign in to turn iMessage.

Can you please let us know what happens when you're trying to start Firefox? Do you get any error message? Also what website are you trying to access that asks you for a login?

I can't log in to FaceTime and iMessage
I have this issue with my FaceTime...
First I've created my Apple ID then I've tried to access my FaceTime..
but I couldn't..
So I changed my password...
it doesn't work either and my location is the right one...the same is happening with I message...

On one of the iPOd go to Settings>FaceTime and add another calling email address and delete the email addess that was commn (Apple ID email address).

Are you getting any messages about date and time.
Have you tried restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Are you connected to the network correctly. -

I bought an iPhone while overseas, but I'm back living in the states now. It seems that FaceTime and iMessage is not enabled on it. How do I get it to work now that I'm back in the states?
I did buy it from someone in Jordan. So they might have got it from KSA, or UAE, or it even might be the same rules in Jordan. I don't think the imessage works even, every time someone sends me a message from their ipad it says "Not delivered". Maybe I am wrong?

I cannot log into my Facetime or iMessages. When I bought this iPad2 in November everything worked. This is extremely frustrating. Has anyone found the solution?
I can still access the internet. I can still log into my iCloud. I reset my network settings and restored my iPad twice already. I tried all the stuff I could find on YouTube to include changing my DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 I don’t know why I can’t log on. I bought the iPad in Germany and it worked. When I came back to Turkey where I live it worked. I took a trip to the states in December and it worked. Now that I’m back in Turkey, I can’t even log on. For both the facetime and imessage I get a message that says “ Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again. I tried to all the help line twice and they couldn’t even help me. I just bought this in November and don’t know why it’s not working……….Help if you can. Thanks for the response.

FaceTime and iMessage won't let me log in
My FaceTime and iMessage have been working perfectly normal. The other day I went to FaceTime a friedn and it said to 'Get Started' like when you first set it up. I clicked sign in. Then it came up with my email address to make sure that that was the email address that I wanted to use. I clicked Next and it said 'Verifying'. It verified for about 10 seconds and then it went back to the page before. Where I had to long in. The same thing is happening with my iMessage.
I really want my FaceTime and iMessage to work without resetting my iPod Touch.Hi there I had the same problem and searched Yahoo UK & Ireland and they had the answer that worked for me. Seemed strange but it worked for both Facetime and iMessage. Here it is below:
"For people having this problem on iPod/iPhone/iPad I have an iPad and had this problem and quickly found out how to solve it. Go into settings>general>time and date and there's a button that says set automatically. Flick that button off and on a few times then leave it on and try and sign in iMessage/FaceTime ect.. Problem fixed.. This is caused because when people play games and change the date to gain coins cash ect faster all your apple goes down."

Thank you for the advice and for pointing out that it may be an Apple ID issue. However, calling the 1(800) number directly did not provide an option to select "Apple ID". I think this occurred because I called from the telephone number filed on my account, which automatically pulls up my account information when I call, and didn't allow further assistance since my Apple Care has expired. The only option offered was to pay. So, I searched online for Apple ID Support, which provided Apple Call Back support, and I was able to resolve the matter.

Cant activate facetime and imessage
I dont know what is wrong with my account, i can access the itunes and app store with no problems but i cant activate FaceTime and IMessage with the same account so I really need help. I think I have tried everything.
I had a similar problem setting up my son's iPod yesterday.
I found that if the iPod's time was not set to sync from Apple's time servers that i couldn't get into iMessage or FaceTime.
I would keep getting kicked back to the first account activation screen in both apps.
Don't know if that is your problem too, but it is easy enough to check in the settings date and time tab.
