TS3623 Just purchased The Walking Dead 1st episode season 4. Will not play now on AppleTV
I need help. All other things are working fine (netflix etc) Walking dead I purchased this morning- I push play, the wheel spins then goes back to Walking Dead home screen. Anyone know how to fix? I just bought the AppleTV yesterday and it has the latest update
"Starts to load and then goes back to the synopsis screen"...I get the same symptoms when attempting to rent or purchase movies via Apple TV however I can rent or purchase movies via my iPad - it appears to be a software specific issue related to Applet TV. to determine if there are the same problems you are experiencing. I have spent over 6 hours on this issue trying to isolate if it is a hardware, software, network, iTunes account, or Apple device issue. My initial results indicate it is a software specific issue related to the Apply TV hardware device.

Sounds like someone ripped the movie off of YouTube and it got corrupted in the process. Try getting the movie file again, or try using an alternative movie player such as VLC: http://www.videolan.org

Pages 4.3 is the most recent, but no matter. If Pages cannot open it, there are many other programs that may be able to. Some of them are free.

NeoOffice ($10 but older version is free if you can find it)
OpenOffice (completely free)
Try TextEdit also. It is included in OS X.
If you are trying to open the document by double-clicking it, don't, since the Finder may be looking for a program that is no longer installed. Use Pages' File > Open... menu. The same recommendation applies to using any of the above alternatives - use their File > Open menu.
The least attractive alternative is to purchase Microsoft Word, but I have been completely Microsoft-free since updating to Lion. -

I just bought the Nikon D750 and my raw files will not open in CC Photoshop. Is anyone else that has this camera experienced this problem?

- Still a cumbersome process for this of us that PAID for software and support, the whole point of this discussion is to implement this directly on LR, so we, the PAYING users don't have to waste time doing a useless process that could be EASILY AVOIDED ig Adobe released updates as they are needed, or if they OPENED THE SOURCE CODE so the community could do it.
Adobe created DNG, which is a well-documented backwards-compatible format, which is free for any manufacturer to use.

Ask yourself why other manufacturers don't use a documented backwards-compatible format.
- Easy, because they are lazy and want kick-back. The SAME answer that I (and the entire OS community) would give if you asked about Acrobat or MS Office.
If you use a particular piece of software as your main tool, and you buy a camera which isn't yet supported by it, it's your problem. There is an expression used in the industry:

- I agree here, it's MY PROBLEM that I decided to have a better product, it was my choice. I can still use OS Tools, which will be what I do moving forward, and about that expression, that is EXACTLY why Adobe will keep loosing customers, because the sense of urgency to help who pays their bills is inexistent. You can replace the back glass or get a case. There are many iPhone repair centers... Google for one. You can also try the Apple store... I've heard they will replace the back for about $30.

I've just purchased a mac book pro. It has crashed and won't boot. The keyboard doesn't function and i have no install disc for the original os. What can i do?

This suggests that your HDD may be corrupt. In order to try and repair it, we must get into the recovery partition or use the original installation disks. Try and start your MBP using COMMAND R.

If that works, note the 4 option menu. Select Disk Utility>First Aid and verify and repair the disk.
If COMMAND R fails, try OPTION COMMAND R. If that works, try the same as above with Disk Utility.
If neither works, it suggests that your MBP came with Snow Leopard. You will need replacement disks which can be ordered from Apple customer service. Have the serial number of the MBP handy and there is a charge.

My dad just got a new laptop that should be beyond capable of running iTunes. He installed it, tried to run it and it wouldn't open. I uninstalled it, re-downloaded it and tried to run it and it's a no go for me as well. Tried to run a repair and nothing. Tried to open it in safe mode and nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what might be gumming it up? His computer has a 1.5 gig Quad core, 4 Gig of Ram, is running on 64bit Windows 7 that is fully updated as of this morning and iTunes is doing jack squat Please help!FYI the sloution which are mentioned above are copied from below link and I just pasted the Information which were required. Purchased songs show up on my ipod but will not play!
I am about ready to drive over my ipod with a car! I have the 80GB ipod and it was working fine until recently. For whatever reason, songs that I had previously (as in months ago) purchased on itunes show up on my ipod, but do not play. All other songs (ones that I downloaded from cd's) show up and play. I have tried everything I can think of but it still won't get them to play! HELP!

iPod does not play content purchased from the iTMS.
If you have made sure that both the iTunes and iPod software are current and have deauthorized and reauthorized your computer, try this test:
1. Deauthorize the computer.
2. Create a new user in the system.
3. Download the free song of the week from the iTMS in the new user account.
4. Play the song in that user account to authorize again.
5. Restore the iPod (using the iPod updater) in the new user account.
6. Sync just the free song of the week and see if it plays on the iPod.
If it does, you appear to have a corrupted iTunes library file, and you should recreate the iTunes library file in your normal user account, and then sync your music back to the iPod and all should be well.

Since getting the new version of itunes my movies will not play. Any solution?

I have tried both of your suggestions multiple times but it still isn't working. I did not have this problem until I installed the new version of itunes. The names of the songs and the apps still appear in the library but the songs have an "!" to the far right. I synced my phone which has most of the media on it but it still did not restore the items that say they "cannot be found." Anymore suggestions? Have I lost these purchases permanently because I didn't backup itunes before installing the new version?
