If you already set a password for your voice mailbox, you would need to input it in order to access your voice messages associated with your cell-phone plan. The friend who sold it to you needed to clear his Apple ID off the phone before he sold it to you. Of course if it wasn't his phone in the first place then he could not do so. He is your friend but you don't know where he is?
There is nothing that will help you short of getting the password for the Apple ID from your friend. If you cannot obtain that there is no workaround. -

i lent a family member my iphone 4 and my boyfriend restored it and i was able to get into the phone. a month later i needed to switch over to this phone and for some reason it needed a password but we didnt enter one. we tried everything and we are now completely locked out of this phone. it says to connect to itunes but when i do it says it can not access the phone because of it being locked. i dont know what else to do. i cant get ahold of apple because it keeps saying i need the serial number but that is inside the phone!!! HELP!!!!!!!!

I just got an Ipad and I really dont know much about them its a 32gb 4g wi-fi, I use at&t as my server(dsl) and that works fine but I need to download my mcafee which comes with my at&t for free but it wont let me download it says I need more than 6.1.0and I dont know what to do can anyone help, I know someone that has 1 just like mine but she doesnt use a antivirus and doesnt have any trouble but,,, I have a laptop and a desktop and I use mcafee on both,, so any suggestions, I just down know what to do,,, can anyone give me input on what to do, and I also what to know is there anyway I can use my portable device that I got thru at&t that I can buy minutes on, is there an adapter for this ipad that I can use this on,, help I need all I can get,, thanks chrystie

VERY rarely, it indicates a critical hardware failure.

i was in a middle of a skype call and i randomly lost connection, and never i again was i able to connect back to my wifi router..... but only in my room for some reason. whenm i walk towards my router i connect to my wifi. i dont know why like the wi-fi radius got smaller. my iphone can't find my wireless connection so i cant do anything....................... i tried reseting the network thing on my phone. ive tried reseting the phone. ive tried reseting the router but nothing happened...
