TS3694 How do I restore my iPhone when it shows error 3194 and won't respond to anything? I have a diagram on the phone asking me to connect to itunes which I have already done and downloaded an update. Does anyone know how to get my phone working again?
My iphone showed an app it recommended I download to update my phone, which I did.
My phone then switched off and showed a picture asking me to plug into Itunes, which I did. It then directed me to update my phone which took over 2 hours.
My phone still shows the diagram asking me to plug into itunes and it won't work! I have tried switching it off holding both the top and bottom buttons however the same picture remains and my phone is inoperable.
The error message on Itunes came up as error 3194 and guided me to this site.
I'd really appreciate any help in getting my phone working is anyone has experienced this before?

You can purchase directly from this area by clicking the Buy button next to any item, or you can add the item to your Wish List.
The word 'BUY' may not be present depending on the screen you are on, but clicking the price should work the same.

I started update connected to my work computer....it started update and now it is asking me to connect to Itunes, which I have but my work computer doesn't have my Iphone information, it says I have the latest software, my only option is to "restore phone" which I don't want to do here at work as none of my apps or music are showing up ..... I can't use my phone now when I start up it says connect to itunes.....
Mozilla has nothing to do with a Microsoft product activation key.
That "test" page should be viewed in Internet Explorer and not with Firefox, as it may use ActiveX which isn't compatible with any Mozilla product.

I have an iPhone 4. I tried updating it tonight to iOS7 through my just updated iTunes. I received an error message telling me the update couldn't be completed. My phone then went to the screen asking me to connect to iTunes which can't see my phone. Help!!

Hi I had a simular problem with my iPhone 4 and iPad 3 and found that the USB connection on the computer was at fault so I moved the connection to a USB port on the Mother board.This curred my problem,see if ti works for you.

Please upgrade your plan to Web n Walk plus. One of our users on T-Mobile UK had this to report back to us:
T-Mobile UK are in fact port blocking to ensure fair usage on their base Web and Walk Plan. I have upgraded to Web and Walk Plus and as a result the port blocks are lifted and I get a higher data allowance!
We were also recently contacted by T-Mobile UK, who stated the following:

No offence, but as with quite a few others, my Iphone stopped charging on mains after iOS 7.0.4 update too.
Not sure you can categorically advise that "it simply is not a software issue" when so many different people are having the same symptoms after updating their iOS Just have a quick Google!
Luckily my (original Apple) cable will still allow recharging via USB to a laptop. So, process of elimination would point to a bricked charger that was working faultlessly up until the iOS 7.0.4 update was applied. Seems quite a stretch to be a coincidence.

If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore.
If you are using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore.
If that does not resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps and articles listed for Error 1604 above.
If the issue persists, it may be related to conflicting security software.

I have been trying to download my copy of Mountain Lion for last 3 days and the download is stuck at 53.25mb. I tried all of the restart/ Cookies deletion that apple support staff recommended to no avail. Download starts from begining and once it's 53.25mb downloaded, the remaining time goes upto and beyond 650 days and counting.
Is there any guru, who can help me download Mountain Lion this year? Preferably in a days time !
Cheers!Doesn't strike me as a "high traffic" issue, if you pause the download can you open the /Applications/ folder on your Mac and see if the installer already present? If you can stop the download and delete the installer (because it is not finished), the try again?
If you've already done the above have you tried using Disk Utility First Aid from your Recovery HD?
Try to verify/repair the disk and see if that takes care of it. (Of course make sure you have a good, recent backup before trying this.)
If you're still having issues: re-install OS X from the Recovery HD, install all available software updates, try again. -

On every update I have done, it deletes my playlist, does anyone know how to prevent this?
Every update I have done has resulted in my losing my playlist. I was happy to see yesterday after I did the update my playlists were all still there, but my joy was a little premature because when I went to listen to my music this morning, all of my playlists were gone and all of the music on my phone had the circle next to it like it had to be downloaded. Very Very frustrating.
I have had this happen as well. What I had to do was sync the iPod to remove the album and the resync the album back to the Classic. I've had this happen with my iPhones as well. Must be a bug in either the current OS or iTunes versions.

Is there a new update from 5.01 that fixes the data network problems yet??
Straight after upgrading mine to 5.1 this morning, I got a very long SMS from O2 telling me how I can connect to the Internet and check all my settings.
Maybe worth checking all of yours are still correct. Maybe they know it can cause a problem -
I rented a movie but I can't seem to play it. I keep getting the message an error occurred downloading this content. Please try again later. It doesn't tell me how much later, but I've tried off and on for a week and I can't seem to resolve it.

This sometimes resolved by unplugging the Apple TV for a few moments and trying again, others have found restarting the router may help. Another reason that message can occur is when the download speed is extremely slow, have you tested your Internet download speed with speediest.net. -

okay so youll go to the weather app. you'll click on the bottom right corner icon that looks like three lines. you'll type in your correct citys zip code or just the city whatever you decide. thats how you add the new one, now to get rid of the wrong one. if you swipe to the left on the incorrect city in the same screen where it shows all of your cities, it will give you the option to delete it (the same way as if you were deleting almost anything in ios7) I hope this makes sense!! feel free to reply for any questions or screen shots!!
