i updated my iphone 3g (4.2.1)now it needs to be restored in the itunes but it said iphone could not be restored error 1015 now i cant open my iphone3g...i cant used it anymore.

Error 1015: This error is typically caused by attempts to downgrade the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch's software. This can occur when you attempt to restore using an older .ipsw file. This error can also occur when an unauthorized modification of the iOS has occurred and you are now trying to restore to an authorized, default state.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

OBYR is used to defining the Recon account for vendor down payment.
