If that Article does not resolve it... then you have a problem.
Perhaps a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is required..
Be sure to make an appointment first...
Note:
That error message may be indicative of the Device being Hacked / jailbroken.... If this is the case then you are on your own.

I had no idea how to complete the updates. I repeated tried the suggestions and immediately got lost. I ended up with somebody from BEST BUY's "Geek Squad" accomplishing the updates. Even this person had ifficulty and took some time to receive success.
My question is, "WHY?"
If ADOBE is going to issue updates, "WHY" make the process so labor intensive and difficult to understand?
Once it is obvious that many users are having difficulty, "WHY" didn't ADOBE immediately correct the situation with a clearand easy solution?
I will be the first to admit that I am not some computer wizard. However, according to the forum, I am not the only person who had similar problems. -

My Iphone 5 is completely down; error code 2001. How can I fix this. I updated the last version of ITunes. Before then phone went black the battery run empty very fast. I had a long flight and switched the phone completely off with 30% battery remaining to make sure that I had battery after I landed. However I couldn't get it working anymore. When I push the home and the "off" button at the same time I see a Itunes logo and a USD connection with an arrow.

Quit iTunes, restart your computer, reset the iPad and try again.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
since update to 9.3, when I click thumbnails of photos i get an error message that original photo cannot be found. Didn't have this problem prior to upgrade to 9.3 and 9.3.1. Any thoughts?
