TS3694 I have updated new version 4.3 but it iphone is not turning on it says connect with itunes but again the same thing ?
I wanted to update version 4.1 to 4.3 but when i did it then the message came to restore it i also restore it then loading started and it was completed more than 75 % but then it gave an error of 1015. then i unplugged iphone and turn it on but it showed to connect with itunes i again connect it with itunes but it chowed again came message to restore i again did it but error occurs ?
You can't update to 4.3 any more. It's no longer signed by Apple.
The error you cite (1015) is indicative of jailbreaking or otherwise modifying the phone.
You can not get help here per the Terms of Service.
Try google or elsewhere or buy a phone you can use.

I already had an Apple ID before registering for iCloud e-mail.
This means that my Primary Apple ID is my @gmail.com e-mail address (the one I originally registered my Apple ID with), however I'd prefer that my Primary Apple ID were my new @iCloud.com e-mail address.
Yet, I already know that it is simply not possible to make my new @iCloud.com e-mail address my Primary Apple ID in any easy/simple sort of manner.
My understanding is, the only possible way I could use an @iCloud e-mail address as my Primary Apple ID now is to make a brand new Apple ID account. However, I want to keep/continue using my current @iCloud e-mail address and my Apple username (JRCSaunders) -- I don't want to have to choose a new @iCloud e-mail address or Apple username.
So basically what I'm wondering is if there is any possibility that I might be able to completely delete/erase my current Apple ID and then re-create a new Apple ID using my current/existing @iCloud.com e-mail addressas my Primary Apple ID and re-using the same Apple username I have now (JRCSaunders)?
I'm just trying to think of a work-around so that I can make my current/existing @iCloud e-mail address my Primary Apple ID, which does not seem possible without having to create an all-new Apple ID account. But I don't want to create a new account if it means having to change any of my current addresses/names/etc. to new/different ones. So, is what I described (deleting then re-creating using the same names/addresses/info) possible?

i updated my 4s yesterday, but my phone will not work at all now, and will not turn off. It has a itunes image on the screen with an arrow underneath and what looks like the charger lead. i've had it on charge! is there anything else i can do?
Cconnect it to your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed.

I don't know what happened. All of a sudden, my settings have been changed, my homepage, and EVERYTHING. No matter how many times I go in and change them again, the SAME pages open up when I start FireFox and I am constantly being asked if I want Yahoo as my start page and default search engine. I click the box 'do not ask me again' and it comes up EVERY TIME. I change things like I don't want history remembered, and when I reload FireFox again, it's back to the way it was BEFORE. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't know why this is happening, or how to fix it. What do I do??
I do not want to download another virus program.. I do not believe it is a virus. I am running the full version of Norton 360 and it is doing a daily scan. I have Windows 7, 64 bit OS.

I'm signed up to the Cloud and itunes match - the whole game. But I cam getting annoyed with having to delete songs one by one on my iPhone once dowloaded from the cloud as I only have a 16GB phone....yes I listen to music non-stop! So, I am thinking about getting an iPAD as I rarely use my MacBook Pro for anything other than surfing and music now... so the question is: "On an iPad with iTunes, do you know if you can edit/delete all your tunes on your device with a "clear all" button rather than having to delete a song one by one like you have to do on an iPhone (if not synching via a MacBook/ PC with iTunes account where I know you can clear down and refill with ease)????

My Time Capsule keeps saying "backup failed" due to the network password not being correct. I have not changed my password and every day I have to type the same one in and then it works. But then the same thing happens the next day. Can anyone help? This only started doing this about 2 weeks ago.

I went through all the steps to update new version of Firefox as requested when I went onto internet. But still every time I go onto internet I am advised to update new version - as if it never received my agreement. Two emails from you confirm I have updated. But I cannot get to my regular browser roadrunner without seeing this message. Very annoying. Also changes in options at top of browser, no longer able to print what I see on internet.
If I recall correctly, you are talking about the default start page. To check if this is correct, type '''about:home''' in the awesome bar. If this is the same as your homepage, it will still be there when you update.

It sounds like your phone is slower than expected. I suggest starting by closing all the running apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone:

Have tried 4 times to reset, erase and restore but always the same result. Everything restores except my photos. When I go to photos at the bottom of the screen it says downloading but the pictures never transfer. Every time I turn my phone on it asks to continue restore but it never finishes. It won't let me upgrade to the latest iOS due to incomplete restoration.
How long has it been since you let the restore just happen? Sometimes photos are what takes the longest to bring back from an iCloud back up. I would recommend that you let it just keep restoring for about 2-3 days and see if more photos come back than what you're experiencing. Also make sure that you are connected to wifi as much as possible so that those photos can be downloaded faster. It is a waiting and being patient kind of thing. I did an iCloud restore from a backup that took 4 days to finish bringing down all my photos.

Something prevents your computer from update. Most times it is your security software, try to disable it first and then download. Make sure your download started from the beginning (don't use old download) and verify that you downloading correct version of itunes (32 or 64 bit)
