Your phone is jailbroken. You'll have to look for an answer somewhere else or buy a new phone.

You'll need to connect it to the iTunes library you normally sync it with and restore it. If iTunes asks you for this passcode before it will let you proceed, connect the iPod to iTunes in recovery mode instead using the instructions in this Apple support document.

I have a work Mac, an air book, a home Mac; husband has desktop and laptop. That makes 5. My work computer was replaced and I do not know what the company did with it. I am not allowed to deauthorize all because I did this within the last year when I got my new airbook. Any way around the year limit? Your model is A1429 GSM, covering LTE bands 1, 3, and 5. The only carrier in Sri Lanka that has LTE that Apple supports is Dialog. Check with them if it's compatible.

It looks like you have got an Early 2011 or newer MacBook Pro, so you can use 16 GB of RAM. You can buy more RAM at OWC or Crucial. Remember that you cannot upgrade RAM in MacBooks Pro with Retina display
In case you have got a Mid 2010 MacBook Pro, you can only install 8 GB of RAM -

AT this point whatever data you have on yoru phone is already gone since it is in recovery mode.
However you can restore from your backup, when your phone reboots from recovery.
