My iPhone will not update. The update has downloaded but when it says verifying with Apple it comes up with an error 3014. When I checked that error out, it says I need to make space on my hard drive but I have 52% space left. Any suggestions?
brad805 just as you messaged me I plugged my phone in one last time to see if it would work now and it has. My advice to others in my position. Try pressing the off and menu buttons at the same time if this doesnt work just leave the phone several hours like I did and go back plug it into your computer again and see if it works. I was patient and left mine plugged it in again and got a result.

I'm trying to install CS5 design standard. Which disc do I install first? One says, "CONTENT" the other has no label. When I search how to install it tells me to install disc 1. I have nothing that says disc 1.

Hi all.
I was wondering if you could help me.
I tried to update my phone last night. I had a number of error codes and was then met with the task of having to restore my phone.
I restored it and it failed.
All that happens is the apple logo comes on and the 'egg timer'. I can not turn it on. I have tried to press the sleep and home buttons..but no joy.
I tried this morning and my PC would not recongnise my iphone and neither would iTunes.
Any help would be appreciated.Please help me

When I try to sync my iphone to my itunes it starts going through the steps and then just stops. A little ! shows up beside my iphone under the devices tab in my itunes, when I click on this it the says that 'Itunes cannot sync apps to the Iphone because the apps cannot be determined'
If all you want right now is your music, you can turn off the option to sync apps, that should help.
With your iPhone plugged in, open iTunes, and go to the page with details about your phone (on the left side of iTunes, it should be under the Devices header). When you are there, go to the top, click on the "Apps" tab (next to "Info"), then uncheck the box that says sync apps. -
Error -43 iPhone will not back up to update IOS 5 software!
I wanted to update my iPhone 3GS to the new IOS 5 software. I was successfully able downloaded the software to my pc. However, when I began to update my iPhone, the back up process was interrupted after a few minutes. An error message appeared, and it said, "An error occurred while backind up this iPhone (-43) Continuing will result in the loss of all content on this iPhone." Now I really do not want to lose all of my information, settings, contacts. music, ect. I use this phone for work, therefore, it is very crucial that I do not lose anything that I have on it. I would really like to have the new software for my iPhone, but it appears that my pc will not let me do so. Is this an issue within my phone? Or is this some sort of issue with my pc? I really hope this is a simple/quick fix! Please help!!! It will be greatly appreciated!

I currently have your iPhone 3GS which I received approximately 18 months ago. However, after updating the OS Software the device has decided to not power on. After speaking to your Apple Support Centre, they booked me an appointment at Apple Bentall Centre, Kingston, London, UK.
My device was looked at by a representative named Vanessa Baldwin who claimed that the device would not power on and that seeing as it is out of warranty, the only option I had was to replace it costing £139. I then asked to speak to the Store Manager Leigh Baigent, who reiterated Vanessa Baldwin's suggestion. He also added that the device would not power on due to a fault on the motherboard and had nothing to do with the battery. I proceeded to explain to your staff that I would expect a £400 iPhone to last longer than 18 months and that under The Sale of Goods Act 1979, a retailer is responsible for the items they sell for up to six years in England and Wales regardless of warranty. Your staff expressed a blank look towards me as if I spoke a foreign language and dismissed my claims.
I am therefore making formal contact with Apple directly to sort the matter.
Any help would be appreciated, please do not give me a story about warranty / insurance guidelines

I am having an issue with ITunes after a recent ITunes update. I can not open ITunes, I get a message missing MSVCR80.dll file, Then an error 7 message. I have redone the OS for Windows 7 and restarted the computer. I keep getting the errors.
Do the following:
Uninstall from Windows the following five programs: iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour and Apple Application Support. You do this from an applet in Control Panel called Programs & Features (in Windows 8, 7, or Vista) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows XP).
Download the latest version of iTunes from Apple and note the location you're saving it to so you can find it once it's done.
Run the iTunes installation as an administrator, just Right click iTunes installer and Run as Administrator.
