my new ipod is stuck and it not connecting to pc and i just can't the screen look like the usb
and itunes logos on the screen need help to repair
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

repeatedly tried from diffierent computers and the same error code pops up (error -1)That's a hardware problem which will require a trip to the Apple store for evaluation, unless your phone has been jailbroken, then it's a corrupt hosts file (and we can't help you with that here as it is against the forum's terms of use).

Worked fine last night. It's running Snow Leopard.Does your iMac fail to boot every time or only some of the time? Here are some things to try:
- Boot into "safe mode", which will run the equivalent of Disk Utility's "repair disk" operation.
- Boot from the system install disc that came with that Mac with the "D" key held down to run the diagnostics. Run them several times to see if any hardware problems are reported.
- If you can't identify the problem or fix it any other way, download and install the OS X 10.6.7 "combo" updater.
- If that still doesn't help, try reinstalling OS X 10.6 over the top of what's on the disk. -
i just got a new ipod touch 64 gb 4th generation after my old one got cracked. my mum backed up all my stuff on my laptop pc but i tried to sync everything back on to my ipod but there are non of the music files there + the pictures wont download
itunes content is not part of the backup as it should all be in itunes on your computer.
What pics won't download?

My sister's iPod Touch got water in it. The screen is white and it won't turn off. There's water in the camera and it looks like there's actually droplets in the screen. I tried plugging it into the computer but iTunes wouldn't respond to it. My sister tried putting the iPod in rice (some remedy she heard of) but that just made it worse...
Do not turn on or charge until dry. Dry by placing the iPod in a sealed container of uncooked rice for at least as week and change the rice daily. Then
- Try:

It "got worse" since it takes some time for the water to have an effect. The iPod may or may not work after it is dry. -
A newer verion update for my iPod touch was taking place when I got knocked off line,Now,I have no connection to be able to use my iPod.Just a Black screen with the Apple insignia and an oblong circle that would have filled when the update was finished appears and the iPod won't turn on or off. What can I do to remedy the situation.?

I just got my iPad with ios5 and the photo resolution is not good, is there a solution?
I got my iPad 2 days ago and the resolution on both front and back camera is extremely low, when taking pics the pixels don't look neat at all, everything looks Iike it was taken from a cell phone with horrible camera resolution.
The resolution of the cameras on the iPad is very low (I can't remember the exact values but they are both something like 1 meg), and unless you are in very good light you are unlikely to get acceptable photos from it. The cameras are mainly aimed at video calls e.g. FaceTime and Skype. If you want to take photos then you are probably better off with a compact camera, or even just your phone.

If you have Bluetooth turned on, turn it off. If I forget and leave Bluetooth on, it drains my battery about twice as fast as when it is off.
Turn off Background App Refresh in Settings>General
Turn off any location services that you do not need on under Settings>Privacy>Location Services (I have Location Services turned on, but in the Apps list below the button, I have very few turned on - Compass, Maps, Google Earth, Google Maps, Siri, Starbucks, and Weather).

Probably because its the ID of the person they stole it from...
It cannot be activated unless the rightful owner either enters their password on the phone or deactivates it through their iCloud account. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5661 for what the rightful owner has to do. -

Restored ipod, it is stuck in recovery mode and the driver cant be found
My ipod touch screen was nonresponsive, so I retored it. It is now stuck in recovery mode. When I connect it to my computer it says it is unable to find driver software. How can I resolve this issue. Is there a site I can go to for Apple to download the missing driver, if so how do I do this?
