THERE IS NO SIM CARD INSTALLED IN THE iPHONE YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO ACTIVATE - and there is? Has anyone suffered this and what to do? Thanks

Possible causes:
1)  Improper SIM card placement.
2)  Faulty SIM card.
3)  "No service" area of the cellular network.
4)  Unsupported carrier.
5)  Network locked iPhone. Trying to a activate a locked iPhone on a different cellular network. (Other than to which it is originally locked to).
6)  The computer doesn't have an internet access on which you are trying to activate your iPhone using iTunes.
7)  Apple server busy (rare).
