Need help for trying to unfreeze a message on my ical. I was trying to copy and paste some appointment info from one day to another on my ical and a message popped up saying the system responded with an error. All of my info was below the message. Try removing the com.apple.iCal.plist file from your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder. To find that Library folder, if you are using Lion, use Finder>Go Menu>Depress the "Option" key>Library. Drag the .plist file to your desktop, and log out/in or restart.
Next, make sure that you are not connected to the internet. Then to to your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Calendars Folder and remove any files with "Cache" as a part of the file name. Use the same method as listed above to get to the correct Library Folder. Log out/in, or restart and check iCal for functionality. -

You can download it on your computer at no extra charge and then sync it to your ipod

When I try to uninstall my itunes I go to my control panel to remove the Apple "Application, Mobile Device, software support" then i get a pop up saying that "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" I cant find it. Its preventing me from re installing the new itunes.
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Update entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) downloaded from the Apple Website:

I have a packardbell laptop with photoshop elements 8 installed from new. I have used it on several occasions but I cannot get it to run now. Need more specifics about what error messages you got while installing Adobe Flash.
However, you can almost avoid Flash altogether by setting YouTube to play the HTML5 version instead.

Whenever I click on the Itunes icon, a window pops up saying that `The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes`. I then click ok and the pop up vanishes. Any ideas as to what I should do?
What version of iTunes are you using? An .itl file is something that Windows uses, or very old versions of iTunes on Mac. The library file on Macs is now .xml and has been since late iTunes 4.
Is iTunes running ok without any problems after you OK that message? If it is, then you may be able to ignore it if you can't account for why you're getting it. But make sure you take backups in case something happens in the future. -
I'm trying to change my CC on iTunes and it gives me an error saying that the info doesn't match my banks info. But it's the same card I had on there before. Then took it off and now it won't take it again. Grrrr. Does anyone know what's up?

I have version 3.6.13 Firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but still keep getting an error message saying that The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded. This happens even when I am on the web page, but the message continues to keep popping up.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
