TS3899 Cannot get through the "terms and conditions" to download Apps on new iphone 5c
Contacs from my old phone are supposedly in the "cloud" but I cannot get into the App Store to download "BackUp Assistant" to get the contacs downloaded to my new iphone.
I am having the same EXACT problem. Restarting the phone doesn't help contrary to suggestions on similiar posts.

First, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If you can access your home screen, I also recommend verifying that cookies are not blocked and private browsing is turned off in Settings>Safari:

I am trying to buy songs on itunes and half way through the terms and conditions come up, I accept them and press return and then I get a 'session timed out' notice and the sale hasn't gone through - tried loads of times / updating software, any answers?

I am unable to get past the terms and conditions part of the upgrade. I have hit agree several times. What do I do?
Scroll down to the bottom of the terms and conditions, then the Agree button will light up and you can proceed.

i´ve just got the now ios version 7.0 installed and now
i can´t agree on the terms and conditions to access icloud on my iphone cus it keeps saying that i have no server (wich i have) now that i´ve ios 7.0.
What do i have to do?
The thing is that i´ve agreeded when i was first asked, and then i´ve asked to be emailed those terms and now i can´t accedd the Icloud.
The problem is that it has my previous callendars and photos and i need to get them back.

To import pictures from phone to computer you do not use itunes (you only use itunes to put them back on the iphone). Your computer should recongize the iphone as a camera capable device and allow you to import pictures.
If on a Windows > click start button > click computer > and under computer there should be your iphone listed > right click on it and hit import pictures and videos
Follow steps in camera wizard -
I have upgraded my iPhone 4 to OS 7.0. During the setup I pressed the "Agree" button for the Terms and Conditions. I would not take me to the next stage in the setup. Everytime I apress the "Agree" buttion it pops up a dialog with the "Cancel" or "Agree" buttons.
Reset the device and try again.

I set up a new Apple TV yesterday and the iCloud Photos worked fine and I could see all my photos. Today it keeps asking me to agree to the terms and conditions, which I do, but it then comes up with the 'connecting' screen and then reverts straight back to the terms and conditions, this keeps happening time and time again. I have tried resetting the Apple TV but that has made absolutely no difference.

When you see the old number come up in the suggested choices look for a blue arrow to the right of the Contact. Tap the blue arrow and then tap Remove from Recents.
