TS3899 Connection to server failed message when I try to get my emails?

When I try to get my mail I repeatedly receive a "connection to server failed" message", any ideas what to do to resolve this issue?

They are two different things. Your mailer server coul be down. Try again later.

Outlook is a mail client for PCs and Macs. Who is your mail provider? If you're talking about a business mail system, it may not be accessible from outside the company network. You will need to check with your IT department.

I see that you are getting a filter failed message, when you try to print. I will certainly do my best to help you.
Repair the Disk Permissions on the Mac:
Close all applications.
On the Apple menu bar, click Go, click Applications and then click Utilities.
Double-click Disk Utility.
Highlight your hard drive/partition on the left.
Click Verify and then Repair Disk Permissions.
Restart the computer..
Reset the Printing System:
Note: This will remove all printers in the print and Fax/Scan, any printer removed can be re-added later by clicking the plus (+) symbol.
Click the Apple icon and then click System Preferences.
Click Printers & Scanners.
Right-click (or Ctrl +click) in the left white side panel, then click Reset printing system.
Click OK to confirm the reset.
Type the correct Name and Password.
Click OK to reset the printing system.
Then click the + sign to add the driver, highlight the printer. (you might have to click the drop down to select the printer's name) Then click on the Add button.
Try and print a document.
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)

When trying to access my mail iCloud gives the message - connection to server failed. Cannot get mail.

I have an iPod Touch 5g and my email was working perfectly. Today I noticed that i wasn't getting any emails so I decided to delete it and add it. It said "connection to server failed" this happened once and I decided to delete it and add it again. It still said that. I tried looking online but nothing helped. I wanted to see if any other of my emails worked and it did! My hotmail was the one which didn't work! I got annoyed and I need help! The network is fine but my email won't work! Need help quick!

Try powering off and then back on your router.
Next Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to rejoin all networks

I keep getting a message that says HD disc is full. However, the status shows I have plenty of memory remaining. I get the same message when I try to save or email it. Any suggestions?

When I try to save or email a document, I get a message that "the disc is full trying to write to MAC HD. free some space on this drive, or save the document to another disc." I can't figure out how to save to another disc. And, when I check the available memory, my computer has 1 GB of available memory. I closed all programs and deleted the "trash" items. Any suggestions? If your startup disk is full there will be very little green in the above pie chart. You need to erase items from your startup volume for OS X to have space to work.

Don't neglect to look for potentially deleted email messages, iPhoto items or iMovie clips that may have been moved to their own Trash. These must be "emptied" separately.

I get a "Connection Failed" message when I try to connect to a Windows 7 computer that I was able to connect to before.

I was able to connect to this Windows 7 computer before, I don't think anything happened, and then suddenly I couldn't. I turned the firewall off and enabled everything that I could for sharing on the PC. I can connect to the other PC on the network fine. I have tried using the connect to server and all of the different ways to enter the address in. When I ping the PC all of the responses are completely normal. I'm on OS X 10.8.3 and the PC I'm connecting to is Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1. If you need any more details I'll try to provide them, that's all I can think of right now.

I called Apple today... It turned out to be my modem/router.

for solvingthis problem try these ways:
1st try To restart your iPhone , by holding the home and power button together
if it doesnt works try this: SETTING ~> GENERAL ~> RESET ~> RESET NETWORK SETTINGS.

IMessage shows error message when I try to add additional email addresses

I have an iPod touch and everything is working OK, email, safari, wifi etc. However when using iMessage i do not want to use the same email that i use for my iTunes account. So I have tried to add one of my additional gmail accounts. However when attempting to verifying the address, I get a message, An error occurred while verifying your emaile. Any one has a clue towhat is happening??
PS.I am located in indonesia at this time and my Aoole account is our of Australia.

We typically see this when an organizations IT department is blocking the upload of images. Are you working on this at work? If so, can you try adding the image outside your companies network?

How do I get rid of error message when I try to delete an email in MAIL?

In MAIL, in only one of my 4 email account inboxes, when I try to delete or move an email to Trash, I get the following error message: "The destination mailbox “(null)” does not allow messages to be moved to it." How do I rectify this?

If you have a Trash icon on the left, open it & see if that account has a trash folder... see if you can drag the eMail to the trash...

I get an update server error message when i try to update my phone. I've uninstalled iTunes and all related software in the proper order and then reinstalled with security software disabled. no what?

I could use some help. Apple support walked me through the uninstall and reinstall of all iTunes and Apple files in the proper order with my security software disabled. I still get the following message:
"The iPhone software update server could not be contacted. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later."
Any ideas? I'm on a Dell i5 Core with Windows 7.

Yes it would, possibly even brick it.
Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.
Can I use my ipod nano USB connector to check?
It is not much help to you, since the device that you need still not recognized.
Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!

Now that I'm trying to get into my verizon email, I keep getting an error message: "Sorry, your account is being reactivated. Please try again later." What does this mean and what should I do?
