Email keeps defaulting to the at.me account. I want to use the btinternet account. Any suggestions.

Settings >> Mail, Contacts and Calendars >> Default Account.
This only works for Apple Mail. If you have a different client, you need to find the settings for it.

It's just the battery sign - nothing else. I've tried to reboot by holding down both power and home key for 10+ seconds, waiting for the apple logo - but nothing happens. It's plugged into the imac at the moment. I tried to recharge it overnight using the normal charger - but no luck. It went dead during a Skype call with a friend - even though it was powered into the mains - albeit at a low battery level at the time

This answer may be somewhat late, but just in case other have the same issues, I went to site listed below and it solved the problem. No need to reinstall CS5 product. I hope this works for you.

I can't sign into iTunes on this pc so I can authorize it. I wan't to do this so I can transfer purchased iTunes music on my iPad mini to this pc. When I try to do this the response I get is just to try again later. Can anybody help me with this?

It seems as though your account has been hacked.
please contact Skype customer service and change your password.

My email response defaults to an Alias that I dont want to use

My Iphone recieves my email from my ISP with no problem. However, everytime I hit the respond, the FROM comes up as one of my alias that I set up in that isp. NOT the one I generally use. I configured the correct one on my Iphone but it doesnt default to that one. I really could use some help....

First begin by resetting the SMC (system management controller) on your macbook as shown here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
Have you recently changed any hardware ? May there have been any condensation that found it's way on the greater area of the keyboard and specifically near the power button ? Have you tried pressing the area directly near the said button and then pressing the power button itself simultaneously with the possibility the contact may have gone haywire ?

But actually I don't want to show the \ (backslashes) to the user in my text box.
Ok let me elaborate this problem little more.
I want to show my text box as it is in normal editors e.g. In Matlab editor. There is a text box and on left side the gray bar shows the line numbers corresponding to the text. Further more i want that the user should be able to click on any line number to mark specific line as breakpoint (red circle or any graphical indication for mark).
