TS3899 Email receiving problem

Question. My Ipad will not display email message content nor attachments, only subject and sender. Preview column does show detail of lines selected. I can access message content by selecting "reply" option but cannot view attachments. Any suggestions to remedy?

Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is 'appsolutely' safe!

Email receiving problems

Hi,
I am having Emails receving problems with my BB 8320 Curve. Somehow I can not receving no emails from no emails accounts, but I can send them with out problem. As I noticed I get on my oldest BB device a email notification after I registered on BB Internet Service, I get an notification for service book. Here on this new one, I do not get anything, simply the mail seams like it is registered, I can sending emails, but I can not recive anything.
I bought this BB from second hand and was bought in T - mobile somewhere.
If somebody is knowing anything, I will appreciate this a lot.

Do you have a data plan from your carrier?
Can you use the internet?
Send a PIN message to your self, if your don't receive it you do not have a
data plan, or the carrier had not correctly provisoned it.

Question Re: Auto Email receiving Problem

I have noticed that for a few days now that my iphone will not show any emails received until I go into each email account and select the refresh button the receive it manually. Prior to this my iphone would just auto pick them up from the server and when I powered up and slid the unlock button there would be the number of emails in red above the email button. Now I see nothing there even though I am receiving them, I have the email setting to check for new emails every 15 minutes. I have tried a reset a few times also.
Can anyone provide any other tips to try?

I too have noticed this with my accounts. I persoanlly feel there is a bug that it just stops checking. Normally after I do a manual check, then it starts working good again.
How are you "resetting". Just powering off and on, or doing the both button till it reboots approach. There is a difference.
A reset/reboot is:
Go to Home Screen
Press and Hold Home Button
Keep holding and press and hold Lock Button
Keep holding Both
You will see Slide to Turn Off (Don't let go to slide, just keep holding)
The phone will turn off (in time, but screen will look like it has some white lines)
Keep Holding
When you see the Apple Logo, you can let go.
Turning off via the Slide to Turn off while good and fine to turn off, is more like the Sleep Mode on a computer. Thus any locked up issues in memory remain when you turn back on. A reboot as described is like doing a real Turn off and Turn On on a computer.

Outlook pop3 email receiving problem

Dear Sir,
I am using Office 365 Home Plus and my Outlook stopped receiving emails a week ago. Before that it was working fine.
Safe mode does not help, new profile does not help. I can Access my pop3 email on webmail but when I try to receive emails through Outlook, it hangs. At the bottom I see a very very slow "emails receiving email 1 of 105" but nothing happens.
I have also gmail working in Outlook and it Works fine. I have checked my email through service provider and there is nothing wrong there.
I will appreciate it very much if you could please help.

The issue doesn't exist with the Gmail account, I suspect it may be caused since the POP3 .pst file is corrupted.
Please run Scanpst.exe to repair the data file to try again:

Please also disable the firewall and the anti-virus program to test the result.

Email receiving problem.

Dear all,
We have a problem in receiving email from a mail address.
Some user can receive the email from one email address, but some user cannot receive the same email.
We have added this domain into exception listed of Content filtering in Antispam (Exchange Server). But, the problem still persist.
When we check in Message Tracking Tool from Exchange 2010, we saw some
"FAIL" EventID for that problematic emails and
in SourceConte "Content Filter" is showing. For the same email, send to other user is successfully received.
Please Advice us to solve the problem.

I found some log in the event viewer which are related to the problematic email issue.
First, I found that the sender email address have a space after the domain name. Eg. "[email protected] "
Error message is
Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Common.LocalizedException: Specified proxy address "[email protected] " is invalid: "[email protected] " isn't a valid SMTP address. The domain name can't contain spaces
and it has to have a prefix and a suffix, such as example.com.

Second, when the sender send to our customer 'Distribution Group' email address. which is only name not included domain name.
Eg. instand of '[email protected]' the email come with 'group'
Error Message:

ICloud Outlook new email receiver problem

Hello everbody,
I am using my iPhone 4S with iCloud and MS Outlook 2010 synchronzing (contacts and calendar).
The problem that I have is that when I write an email with my iPhone device to an new unknown contact that is not in my contact list on the phone after sending this mail my Outlook does not know the new mail adress.
That is very silly, because when I would like to send an email to the same recevier from my outlook pc on the next day for example I must search for the email adress in my iPhone.
Is there a possibilty to create automaticly new contacts entries in the contact list on the iphone if the receiver ist unknown ?
Or is there an other trick or app for this problem.

You don't need to start a new thread to continue a conversation, you can just tack onto the original one. The settings I referred you to are for the Blackberry, since that's the device which is not receiving mail: anything which is working can be left alone.

TS3899 Emails I received on my Mac do not appear on my Iphone4s

2 visits to Apple genius--no result

My original problem was that I could not Reply to any incoming email. I had to create a new email in order to respond. After some adjustments by the Apple store "genius" to my phone, I noticed that I was only receiving a subset of my emails on the phone and (I believe) all of my emails on the Mac.
On the second visit they through in the towel and gave me an 800 #
Although I deleted the emails the problem is still occuring, e.g. your email does not appear on the phone.

Email syncs now say "Updated Mar 30", the day I upgraded to Lollipop 5.0. The notification should read the date and time you updated email receiving. Does anyone elsehave this problem?

We want to make sure your phone is in working order Mb_in_NC. I know it can be difficult when you see different times. What is your make/model of your device? When did it start? Do you have a different time on any other applications?

TS3899 Email problems - can't do anything!

When my ipad is either locked or in use, all of my emails come up with the alert like normal. However when I open the email icon to view my emails fully it loads the most recent email received and freezes - it doesn't let me scroll or click on anything else, initially I thought my whole ipad had frozen until I pressed the home button and everything else worked fine.
I have tried refreshing my ipad by holding the home button and the power one together, I have even deactivated one of my three email accounts which have all worked fine for over a year but nothing works.

if you want to avoid such things you have to put your permission file as "NoUpgrade" in pacman.conf

I encountered one problem where my email receiver status in message monitoring is always 'Waiting'. I do not know what went wrong in the setting? Does anyone know how to solve my problem ?

XI tries 3 times before changing the status of the message to System Error. One can Manually resend the error messages by using the RESEND button in RWB. In scenarios where XI was trying to send the message to an end system that was down for maintenance, you would want XI to resubmit the message automatically without human intervention. What would be nice is to able to tune the retries like IS_Retry which is available for Integration engine.
We can achieve this by changing the retry count used by the Adapter Engine, by default its set to 3 times, 5 minutes apart. This count can be changed in Visual Admin->server->services-> SAP XI Adapter: XI.
Here change the number Retries parameter from 3 to 10 and change the retry retryInterval to around 10minutes. For these configuration changes to be picked up, restart SAP XI Adapter: XI.

Email Receiver: how to get the names of stored attachments?

I hate to spam this forum. But I'm in desperate need of the names of attachments, the email receiver QPAC receives.
If I select a list variable for the email receiver to store all attachments received into, all filenames appear to be lost. Also the MIME-types appear to be lost. Which is not big a problem, since I may use javax.activation in order to identify the MIME-type of any fileinputstream. But sometimes, I am unable to correctly identify the MIME-type. Then I need to fall back on the file's original name.
So the simple question is: how do I get the 'filename' attribute of org.idp.Document objects instantiated by email receiver QPAC?
Did anyone ever do that?
