TS3899 Help! I cannot access my settings and facebook settings within 'Settings'. This means I cannot change passwords, delete or add email accounts. I've tried updating and restoring my phone but to no avail. Can anyone help me please?
Can anyone help please? I cannot access my email account settings within 'Settings', so I cannot change my details for existing email accounts, nor can I delete them or add others.
I can't access my Facebook settings within 'Settings' either but when I try to use the app it asks me to enter my password into my Facebook account in settings, but I can't do that either.
I've updated my software, restored and backed up my phone but it still doesn't work. Troubleshooting doesn't cover this.
Go to Settings>General>Restrictions. Do you have restrictions on? If so, that would prevent you from making changes in some areas of the iPhone.

Try running several malware scanners to see if Kaspersky missed anything. It is best to run several as each will pick up things that the others miss. Some scanners you can try are:

How do I find my iPad serial #? I have left it on an airplane and need the number for the report. I do not have a computer but do have an I phone
Try logging in to Apple product registration and if you registered the iPad it should be there with the serial number. If that does not work you can try calling your country support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and see if they can help get the serial number...of course they will want proof such as an Apple ID and password.

I was in the middle of a restore on my Ipad 2 and lost internet connection about 2/3 of the way through the firmware update, and now it fails everytime I try to restore. It says ERROR 2. Can anyone help?

Lol, figured out the first part. Just for those who may be searching, when you click on the Display Preferences, and click on the arraingment tab... it not only shows where your two screens will be displayed, but the WHITE BAR at the top of one screen is the dock/toolbar. Click and hold to grab this and just slide it over to the screen you'd like it to be on.
You have to release it IN the screen box, not on top of it... and it should pop right over to the new (or old) screen. At any rate, you can put the dock on either (or any) screen that you prefer.
I am thinking of ordering more of these. Lol. 3 monitor setup seems like it would be crazy good.
Still looking for the answer to keeping the new 16" screen on the right without switching between screen #s with that... not expose... Lion feature.

Hi, I've setup my new mini ipad today, restored a backup from icloud and all is fine. However, when I try to download my music, they almost completely download then an error message pops up saying "unable to download songs" - can anyone help please?
So it appears iCloud/iTunes Match isn't the issue - the error message would seem to be complaining about where the music is being downloaded to. So with this in mind:
In iTunes select Preferences and select Advanced. The iTunes media folder should be set to /Users/<your account>/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music. <your account> would be whatever your user account is. If you see something else there I'd guessing it is a folder you don't have permission to write to. -
I successfully upgraded to Yosemite and tried to launch iPhoto. It wants to upgrade my photo library but gets stuck half way through. I have quit and tried several times but same result. Can anyone help?

JustinSorry meant my Mail has stopped working on my iMac. It had large items in the Outbox from last weekend. I guess it just got its knickers in a twist as I deleted the large emails, containing video and now it is working again.
