Try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

Sending and receiving messages has absolutely no relation at all to sending and receiving email.
Your iPad is not a cellular telephone. It cannot send or receive SMS text messages. It can only send or receive iMessages, which are messages to/from other Apple devices (only) on a WiFi or a cellular network that supports iMessage.

TS4069 all of a sudden i can't get incoming mail. I can send just fine. I deleted my account and then reintalled it; now it only shows emails going back one month and still not receiving new ones.

I cannot receive incoming mail all of a sudden on my I-Pone 4. I deleted my comcast account and then set it up again as suggested. Now it only loaded messages beginning one month ago; and still not receiving any new. Any ideas?

There are only two things that I can suggest.
The first is to try the Mail Setup Assistant.
The other is giving Mozilla's Thunderbird a shot - setup the account and see if it will work with this free email app. I don't like Mail at all - and it gives some people fits around here (I don't know how many times people have posted about problems with outgoing servers using Mail).
Try both methods - I don't use Mail - I use MS's Outlook (and, before that, Entourage). If the Setup Assistant offers no relief, just try Thunderbird and see if it works with it.

Please let me know the exact workflow you are following.
Are you trying to access the service from within Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates (the error you describe can occur with other versions of Reader). If you're accessing it from a website, clear the browser cache and try logging in again. Also, make sure that you're using a supported web browser (System requirements | Acrobat.com).

Could be a problem with the USB port on your computer. Try a different port.
Also reboot the computer and reset the iPhone. To reset the iPhone press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

All of a sudden I can't grab or split clips. Any idea what I did or how to fix it?

I've been using iMovie all day and all of last night with no problem. But now when I try to select clips to put into the project, it won't let me grab them. Also, I can't even move around the clips that I already have in the project. I can still copy/paste but it's ridiculously tedious - please help, it is so frustrating!

Have you tried shutting down iMovie and restarting your Mac?
This sounds like a memory issue. Restarting your Mac will give you fresh memory.

Great news .. i had some help and he suggested i go to finder and click on Force Quit - which then shows you open applications and you can choose which one to close. i clicked on Mail and it closed. I was then able to re- open with no problems. hope this helps somebody else. Happy Easter

Lightroom has Camera Raw built in. You can't upgrade it. Just upgrade to the latest version of Lightroom.

Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox 3.6 that prevents new tabs from being opened.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
* Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
* Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons

All of a sudden I can not receive text messages on my MOTOX. Does anyone know how to solve this problem. I can send them, but can't receive them.

My MOTO X was working fine, then all of a sudden, I can not receive text messages. I have checked the settings and they look correct to me, and I have done everything the web site recommends, except wiping the phone and starting over, to try and fix it. I've gone thru all my settings and can't seem to find a way to log into my network. Don't get the option to put in my password. It just give me the name of my network and option of dismiss instead of password.

1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
