TS3899 my iphone 4s has no sender message on mail account

My mail account has suddenly got hundreds of "no sender...this message has no content" messages that I can not delete. I have no idea where they come from. Can you advise?

I took out the charger,at the bottom of the phone got hold a pin and cleaned the connections on the input of the charger.
It took me about 5 or 6 mins,BUT when I scraped thisconnection,I suddenly got audio for the messages and also audio.It took me about 10 mins to scape it clean totally..Gee it was great to be able to listen to our radio station on tunein after all this problem......
I believe that Apple should be aware of this problem,BUT why would they care

Your phone is disabled for some reason. Maybe you entered the wrong Passcode too many times. In any case you need to do just as the phone is instructing you to do. Start the latest version of atones on your computer and connect your phone. iTunes should guide you through the process of getting your phone working again. Ok. So I figured out that I can add the email address to my iPhone 4s to receive the iMessages sent/received from my iPad. How do I get the messages on my iPad that were sent to my iPhone? Is it possible?

Hi, i am having the same problem. this is what i have noticed.
I have 2 x imac's and 2 x macbook air's
i upgraded the 2 macbook air's and 1 of the imac's to Mountain Lion, all these have problems acessing sites that require you to login .
the one remaining imac is still running lion and works perfect.
i am using a dlink router with DD-WRT firmware, i tested teathering from my iphone and i can log into websites fine using the newly upgraded mac's.
It's not a wireless issue as my imac is using an ethernet connection.
is there a compatibility issue with some routers.

Did you set up restrictions for changing account info in Settings/General/Restrictions? If yes, disable them and try again to edit your mail account info.

Strange characters when sending messages in Mail 2.1.2

When sending messages from Mail 2.1.2 , some of the recipients get strange characters when opening my messages
I use a french keyboard with ponctuations that appears to the recipients as black diamond with ponctuation marks in the middle.
Is it something from my end?

Amanda bot sending messages FROM my account?

I got the typical Amanda bot sending things like 'im 24/female from cali' to some of my friends every 12 hours or so. However, the bot is sending messages FROM my account and I can't find a way to stop it as most online users experience Amanda sending messages to them. What shall I do to remove this annoying spam? I tried to scan my laptop with antivirus software and didn't find anything..

The problem (at least in my case) is that the moment messages started being sent I wasnt signed in form any device.Moreover, the "Manage API Access Control" table is empty,the recent activity log in my windows account shows no suspicious sign in's and the antivirus and antimalware programs still find nothing.Therefore I have absolutely no idea what I'm/we are dealing with.Any info would be welcome!

A send-only e-mail account on iPhone. Is that possible?

I have two accounts on my iPhone: Gmail and work (via VPN).
The Gmail account is managed via 3rd party app (Gmail app).
But the system won't let me send e-mails such as photos from the Camera Roll via this 3rd app automatically, so I have it on the Mail app also.
So every time that I have to check or reply my work's e-mails I enable VPN, launch Mail app, wait for the system to timeout checking the Gmail account (because the VPN won't let it reach the Gmail server), and then it checks the work account successfully. And that takes a long time (and uses cell data).
Can I prevent the Mail app to check every account that I have added to it? Or putting in another words, can I have a send-only e-mail account on the Mail app on iPhone?

I'm sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong, but I would try setting up an e-mail account without an Incoming Mail Server set.
As long as you have your outgoing mail server details it will send e-mail.
If it doesn't allow you, maybe set up a dummy e-mail address that you don't use and enter the Incoming Mail server details for that one instead
So the two options are:
Outgoing Server (Gmail)
Incoming Server (blank)
or
Outgoing server (Gmail)
Incoming server (Gmail 2)

Delete your mail account from Mail preferences and set it up again using the Mail Server Information.
Some users have apparently encountered issues using this information in pre-Lion set ups (I haven't), Roger Wilmut has kindly provided instructions for those who find themselves with this problem.

IPhone 4 has ceased sending or receiving texts since iOS6 update. Any ideas?

There seem to be similar threads out there but nothing the same as this problem. Since my upgrade to iOS6 last week, my iPhone 4 has:
a) deleted my text history
b) refused to send texts (it hangs on about 90% delivery in the status bar)
c) delivered me no texts (despite getting friends to send me test sms messages)
I don't care much about (a) above but (b) and (c) are killing me. I've tried restarting the phone, turning off/on iMessage…

So, nearly two months without SMS. Life is different now. Some friends have gone, some have emailed me irate that I don't know they've messaged me…
Seriously – since posting this original problem I have tried:
Using a different SIM card – result was everything was the same other than different service operator. messages still not present and still not sending or receiving through imessage.
Completely reset and reinstalled the system – nothing is changed.
Downloaded a new app called Textie which does seem to work – sort of – but it's buggy. One bug is that the alerts don't work on the home page.
All in all – I really want to get imessage working. Surely some other people have had this problem? I don't understand why Apple doesn't seem to care.

I've got a iPhone 3gs wich is unable to send message anymore, even in iMessage mode !
I open the app, I can type my message as it used to do ... the phone number is correct, but when I send it, it's marked in red there's a delivery error.

I think I have the solution. I crfeated new ringtones yesterdya by converting them to aac files, then changing the extension to .m4r and dragging them to itunes. I also had a missing icon next to the custom ringtones. The only ringtones that would sync to my iphone are the 2 that I purchased. I tried to play the customer ringtones and windows told me they cannot be played because the original file cannot be located, would you like to locate it? I clicked yes and searched my desktop. I had saved all the ringtones to a file on my desktop so i knew easily where to find them. I clicked the file for the ringtone I had tried to play, clicked on open and it began playing. the missing icon was now gone in itunes. Windows then asked if I wanted it to search the same location for other missing files. I clicked yes and all of my newly made ringtones now will play. I re-synced my phone and they now appear in my ringtones on my iphone. hope this works for you.

Correct. When you did that, you voided all warranty/support, & forfeited the right to an out of warranty replacement.
There was nothing wrong with the screen I bought,
And, exactly, how do you know that? Since Apple DOES NOT sell iPhone parts, there is no official source for genuine parts. Thus, many on the market are counterfeit & produce nothing but problems.
