View POP & SMTP settings in the iPhone 7.1 iOS?
After successfully configuring email, POP and SMTP server info becomes unavalible.
How can we setup the same email POP and SMTP on a new phone.
I'm trying to setup @LIVE.COM via yahoo. I was successful on a previous phone:
pop.mail.yahoo.com
smtp.mail.yahoo.com
NO GO....................!
Sadly when I setup email via @LIVE.COM, MS did not provide POP nor SMTP and I was directed to use someone besides MS (Microsoft)

Thanks for the question. You are correct, the option to disable Voice Dial is located in Settings > Passcode (before iOS 7.1, it was located in Settings > General > Passcode). You can also choose to disable Siri access from the lock screen:

Prevent access to Siri when iPhone is locked. Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode (iPhone 5s) or Settings > Passcode (other models). You can also disable Siri by turning on restrictions. See Restrictions.

On my iPhone 4, I can sync my phone with no issues, and when the sync is done and I switch over to the iTunes store or my library, it always pops up with "You have changed the settings for the iphone "my iPhone". Would you like to apply these settings?"
I can hit apply, go to something different, come back, do nothing but sync my phone again, and as soon as I switch back to something else, I get the message again...
I didn't change anything, but it keeps saying I have?

From what I've gathered. There has been an increasing number of issues ever since iTunes 9 and more problems with iOS4 for the non iPhone 4 users.
It's such a shame because I used to actually comment on how iTunes worked seamlessly and so quickly. This actually feels as if I'm running a typical bloated windows software now. [And to my great surprise, an equal number of people using iTunes on MacOS have given the same kind of feedback. I originally thought it was restricted to just windows users.]

Not sure on your exact need but try this site for app shopping... http://appshopper.com/. Much easier and quicker than the App store. There are a few others you can find with Google.

sounds like your phone was jailbroken. If this is the case, you're hosed.

I often sound muffled to others when using my iPhone. I understand that there are specific settings on the iphone to cover or mask background noise. It sounds like your microphone makes you sound muffled to people you talk to on the phone. For that issue, I would use the troubleshooting in the following article:
If your voice is too faint or sounds unclear using iPhone, or iPod touch
Test the microphone
To find out if there is an issue with the microphone itself—and not the app you're using or your cellular connection—test the microphone with the built-in Voice Memos app. Speak into the microphone and then play back the recording. You should be able to hear your voice clearly.
Fix common issues
Follow these steps, testing after each with Voice Memos.
Unplug anything plugged into the headset jack.
If you're on a call and holding your phone next to your ear, speak into the microphone and make sure you don't block it with your fingers or shoulder.
If you're using a screen protector or case that covers the microphone, remove it. Clear any debris from the microphones.
Restart your device.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
If you've tried these steps and people still can't hear you well on calls, contact Apple Support.

You should not see anything labeled iCloud in Windows Explorer.

My Iphone 4 crashed yesterday after a restart and upload of OS 5.0, it will only partially sync. It's not transferring any of my music or ringtones. They still appear when I click open the sync screens on ITunes, but I don't seem to have an Ipod function and only one of my personalized ringtones transfers on the actual phone.

AirDrop is available on iPhone 5, iPad (4th generation), iPad mini, and iPod touch (5th generation) and requires an iCloud account.

As stevejobsfan0123 stated the iPhone 4 is on the list of compatible devices.
You may want to look back and see though that the iPhone 3G was on the list of compatible devices for iOS 4, but many thought it was a bit too old to run it efficiently. I seem to recall similar complaints for the iPhone 3GS on iOS 6, so you might expect to see similar with iOS 7 on the iPhone 4. I would suggest that you wait until it's released and see how others feel it is performing before you jump to installing it...

Restoring is the answer. It sounds as if there is a rogue process constantly draining your battery.
The issue you face is that, if you restore your backup thereafter, you risk the problem coming straight back with your files.
Store your files individually and it is time to start fresh.

Safari pop up blocker on iPhone is killing me. I can't use my quickbase web app since it uses pop ups for drop down menu's.

Ok I turned off pop up in the safari prefs under settings but it still doesn't work.
