TS3899 WWhen I try to access my email, I can see mail in the preview page but when I click to go to my inbox it bounces back out to my password again, so I re-enter password and it just keeps bouncing out - help!

When I try to access my email I can see mail the preview page but when I click to go to inbox it bounces back out to my password again. I re-enter password and it does the same again. I've found only way to access is if I clear cookies and history first which obviously I would rather not have to do everytime. Anyone got any answers for this one please.

I can't connect to the iTunes store with my Apple TV. I can see what movies are on offer but when trying to access my account i am advised "Can't connect to server" (times out).
I have the same problem with my 3rd gen Apple TV. I can preview iTunes movies, stream from my Mac, Airplay from my other devices but I cannot rent a movie on iTunes. Every time I try I get "Can't connect to ITunes" and "Unable to sign in". Had technical support review the problem over the phone and they agreed to send me a new one. Same problem. Interestingly enough my 2nd gen Apple TV works just fine.

If I understand correctly, your iPhone cellular data is dropping periodically, but you can still make calls. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article to help resolve the issue here:
If you see No Service in the status bar of your iPhone or iPad
Follow these steps, testing after each.
Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
Restart your device.
Remove the SIM card. If the SIM card is damaged, worn, or bent, or if it's too big or small for the SIM tray, contact your carrier for a new one. Then reinsert the SIM card.
Check for a carrier-settings update: Connect to a Wi-Fi network, tap Settings > General > About, and install any available carrier-settings updates. If you can't connect to Wi-Fi, connect your device to a computer that has iTunes.
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset all network settings, including Bluetooth pairing records, Wi-Fi passwords, VPN, and APN settings.
Contact your carrier to check for any network or account issues.
Restore your iPhone.

When I click on a link in an email, it does not automatically open the site page?
When I receive an email with a link in it, if I click on the link to open the page, nothing happens. It does not open the internet to that page.I don't appear to have a toolbar either.

When I try to open the iphoto it keeps on asking for the software update, but when I click on the software update it says that all the software in the computer are up to date. I still cant open the iphoto, what should I do?
How old is your Mac? If it's very recent you need to update via the App Store
If you purchased at the App Store you need to update via the App Store
Otherwise you update via Softare Update
If you have moved iPhoto from the default location (i.e. into a Folder) then the updater won't find it. Move it back.
If you have renamed iPhoto, the updater won't find it. Change it back.

I had 5 videos that I could see in videos apps. But after your last OS update I can't find them on my iPhone. I can see them on the pc in itune when I connect the iPhone and go to videos directory.
When syncing, check the Movies/TV Shows Tab in the iPhone menu, and make sure ALL movies are synced (or select the ones you want to sync)

I purchased a business app in the store and I would like to reinstall it to my Ipad. I see the app icon, but when I click on the icon, I am asked to authorize the computer. After I authorized the computer, I am still unable to reinstall the app. ty

The key to all this is to click on/select/highlight the Album that you have created in Local Albums.
Then make sure that the Sort By: (in the row below the highlighted "Media" header is set for Album Order.
You should see a number at the top left of each of thumbnails.
Then, click on the thumbnail that you want to move, hold down the click, and drag the thumbnail to the wanted new location
in the line up of thumbnails.
Often I had to press down hard on the drag.
Please let us know if that worked for you.
Also, in Edit Menu/Preferences/Keyword Tags and Albums/Enable Manual Sorting Options, I set all for manual.

I recently update my iPhoto software to version 9.5.1 and since the update I have been unable to open any of my projects. I can see the project folders in the sidebar, but when I click on one of them all I get is a never ending spinning wheel. Any help wouldbe much appreciated.
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.

I deleted my photos by mistake. I thought they were totally gone but I can see them on the bar below on iPhoto. When i try to open one I just get a blank page and an exclamation mark. Is there anyway i can get them back?

How did you delete them? Are they in the finder trash? are they in the iPhoto trash? Do you have a current backup?

When I went to adjust the brightness on my iphone, the screen went black. I have tried everything I can think of and have read online to try....resetting the phone, turning it off/on, charging the phone, and restoring the phone. I can see the "slide to unlock" page and the "enter passcode" page. When I enter the passcode, the screen goes dark again. I can't even answer calls. What should I do now?
If no change after restoring the iPhone as a new iPhone or not from the backup, the iPhone has a hardware problem.

One last thing, neither itunes or iphoto recognize the iphone, whenever the ipone is connceted to any device, it is not read, its like plugging it into a wall.
