I am just wondering if anyone knows how to move the size and location of the time and date showing up on the Lock screen of my Iphone 5c

We purchased Apple TV last night, hooked everything up according to the directions, until we get to the Setting Time and Date Screen, which Apple TV- for more than 12 hours now, has been trying to establish. We've set the time zone both manually and automatically, I have emailed and tweeted Apple Support but no help so far, this is my last plea before I return it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming this is not the first time you have used your Apple TV
You might try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Also try restarting the router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
If the problem persists, try a restore, you may want to try the previous procedures several times before doing this.
If restoring from the Apple TV doesn't help, try restoring from iTunes using a USB cable.
If this is a new Apple TV, in addition to trying the above, it may also be that your network router is not allowing access to the timeserver, check that your router allows access over port 123.

Timer shows incorrect hours on lock screen in iOS 7.0.4 (11B554a)

Majority of time, I only use timer to count down for 30 min or 45 min so I did not notice the problem.
However, when it came to 1 hour and 30 min, it displayed as 23:30:00 in the lock screen. Therefore I came back and checked again to make sure i did not slide to incorrect hour by mistake. I reset the time to 1 hour and 30 min but again it displayed as 23:30:00 in lock screen.
This time, I tried to do 23 hours and 30 min but it displayed as 21:30:00. Then, I tried 0 hours 30 min and it was normal 0:30:00. Also, I tried 3 hours and 30 min but again it displayed as 1:30:00, which was what i wanted but i was thinking what it displayed might not be the actual value it was counting down.
That's the question i wanted to leave to the expert to investigate.

Who is your carrier? What country are you in? Where did you get the phone? Does your carrier support LTE on the iPhone? Is your account provisioned for LTE service?
If you don't give us some basic information to work with, we can't help you.

we have a time synch issue that needs resolving and I have to check where each server involved gets its time from.
I know in windows you just run a query of net time /querysntp

what do you do on solaris 9?Solaris 9 doesn't have a default time synchronization method set up out of the box. You have to configure it. So it depends on what you've configured. NTP is common, but not the only method.
If you're using NTP then 'ntpq -pe' can give you information about what's happening at this point in time. I don't know whether you'd prefer that or perhaps looking at the overall configuration.

Just use the archive utility on the disk page of the airport utility manual setup..

You can try a rest:
Reset iPad: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- If that does work, contact iTunes and request a redownload. You can ask for a refund though.

TC is not a media player.. it has no smarts whatsoever.
If you have an app on the ipad to play files.. then the ipad can play files from anywhere.. even the TC.. but the TC contributes nothing. Do not move your itunes library to the TC.. that is asking for trouble.

Here's the scoop, new friend.....
When you boot into Time Machine you'll get the same OS X Utilities screen as you would if you booted into the Recovery HD. So, from there go into Disk Utilities to erase/format your internal drive. After that's done, back out to the OS X Utilities screen and select the restore option. Just follow the prompts to select the TM back up date you want to restore from and where to restore it to. Pretty straight forward.

Unfortunately, a number of users appear to have encountered this problem. Some of these users have reported that the problem just disappears the following day or shortly after. Other users have found various other solutions to this problem.
Firstly, are you receiving any date and time errors when you turn on your Apple TV?
Check that you are properly connected to the Internet, by ensuring that you have a proper IP address and not one starting with 169. Also check that your location for the iTunes Store is set correctly, if so you might try changing it and then changing it back.
If the problem persists try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router, or if this doesn't work you might like to try a restore.

The manual showed you the area to make changes in. As I stated earlier, it has to do with Regional formats. Just like some regions use the period between dates as well. The same is true for dates. In the US, we normally would show today's date as January 10, 2015. In many European countries, it would be 10 January 2015. The same is true for time. We generally use 12-hour format, many places use 24-hour format. How it is displayed on the phone is based on the generally accepted method for the region. If on the phone you go to Settings>General>Language & Region, you can see your regional format settings. If you go under Region Formats, tap on Advanced. That gives you the option to make some other changes if you like, rather than using the regional standards.

I my frame, I am using one connect button. so, when i click connectButton, the timer must need to stop immediatelly.
i am using, timer.cancel();
but, the current running task is not immediately stopped.
so, the mainFrame strucked at that time, after finishing current task only, connect button effects takes place. but, also, that timer running in background.
so, how can I completely stop the timer , when i don't need.
give me some example explanations.

This is a Swing forum, so try using the Swing Timer, it has a stop() method.
Hm, sounds like the OP has long-running tasks, though, so I suspect he's just posted in the wrong forum. If so, don't use a javax.swing.Timer.

Correct. It can't just pull the carpet out from under a running task because there's no interface for doing so, and stopping a thread is unsafe (see below). In order to be able to cancel tasks mid-way you would need to firstly configure the task to be able to do that (ie it needs a loop which checks a flag and exits gracefully) and then trip that flag when cancelling the timer. You might do this via either an interface, or a subclass of TimerTask, making sure that all tasks added to the timer implement/extend this.
Note that one implication of the "stopping a thread is unsafe" rule (again, see below) is that long-running tasks which are not loop-based (eg a JNI call which takes a long time) must be left to run their course - there is no way round this.
Thus, you need to decide whether you can just let your current task run safely in the background anyway, or whether you can reimplement your tasks to be more granular: the granularity defines where they can be stopped, they can't be stopped just anywhere.

downloaded firefox for mac os x. it asked if i wanted to import from safari during that process; i said yes. when i click on the firefox icon, none of the tags or bookmarks are there. moreover, the first step in the 8 step process (really??), is a article for windows, and i can't move from the page, no continue options or anything. extremely frustrating, and seems unnecessary; why does it give me windows info when i downloaded mac?

I have the same issues. I keep getting a "network error" even though my connections are fine. I have installed Bootcamp fine on another Macbook, but am having major issues with my brand new one. I have read the support forums where they say to keep trying because the servers are notoriously slow, but this seems a little ridiculous. Hope I can get some help as well.
