TS3920 There is no support in IOS for the Australian Time Zone "Eucla".
I am at Eucla at the moment, and I cannot set my iphone to the correct time Automatically.This time zone is UTC +8hrs 45 minutes.. Refer http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australia/Eucla. How can we get Apple to fix this?

Frozen/Support Folder Icon - FOR THE THIRD TIME.
Alright...a little over a week ago, I dl'd the update. It worked for a hour or so, then it locked up on me, and when I tried to reupdate it, or even restore it, it gave me the support folder icon.
So I took it to my nearest Apple store, which is quite of a drive.
They fixed it. Almost immediately. Made me feel like an idiot.
THEN...I brought it home, reloaded it. The next day at work, it COMPLETELY erased itself. I brought it home, restored it, began updating. Halfway through it said it was full, so I tried to restore it once more and start over, and then I got the support folder icon.
I took it back to the store, again, tonight. Again, they fixed it and told me NOT to use it at work.
Brought it home. Plugged it in. Restored/reformatted it to my pc. Tried to load the FIRST song onto it, and now I'm looking at the support folder icon.
This is getting VERY old and unless Apple wants to pay for my gas, I can't keep driving to the store.
Suggestions, thoughts, anyone?

I decided to purchase Lee Evans Audiobook last night! I'm new to this kind of thing this was my first!
The problem being is that I cannot find it anywhere, let alone listen to it!!!
When I go in to ITunes and select the audiobook it states that it has been downloaded... Please help one confused incompetent person hahaIf you downloaded it on your iPad then have you checked to see whether it's in the Music app (iTunes on the iPad it just the store, it doesn't contain your downloaded nor synced content) ? When you have audiobooks on an iPad you will get an Audiobooks option under the More button at the bottom of the Music app.
Note that audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store (so they won't appear in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app for re-downloading), so you may want to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of it - it should copy over to the Books part of your computer's iTunes library. -

will there be support in CS4 for the JVC GY-HM700 files? Of course without rendering neccessary?
I own a HM100, which uses the same EX1 codec. The difference is the HM100 allows you to choose between a MOV and MP4 wrapper. The MP4 wrapper works great in Premiere CS3 and CS4.(just like the EX1)
The HM700 in stock configuration, only saves in the MOV wrapper, which does not work with CS4. You have to buy the Available with optional SxS Media Recorder to have the HM700 save in .MP4.
Now there is a codec you can buy - it is not free- that allows you to view the MOV files. I am not sure that will make it work with CS4. -

I have only just upgraded to iOS 7 on my iPhone 4 and am having a problem with Viber. When my phone came on for the first time after the update I could see I had 2 new viber messages, when I went to open viber it asked me to register my number, which I did. Once the app was open I noticed all my message history was gone...
I still have an itunes backup of my phone just before the update, I restored it to this backup, followed the same process and now viber will not even work (the access code wont sms to me and the phone call option for recieving this code also come up with some error about not being able to do this at this time).
I have been able to access viber using another phone number (I have two sims which I use as I am currently overseas in south korea, my referenced australian sim has worked previously on viber overseas and I definently do have roaming on) but again I have no message history.
So to questions:
1) Why is my activation not working under my referenced australian number?
2) Can I recover all my message history which should be saved in my itunes backup? I am willing to revert to this backup state again if needed.
Please help.
Thanks.Look iTunes>Preferences>Devices...is a backup listed for your iPhone 5 dated BEFORE you restored your iPhone 4 backup to your iPhone 5? If not, your data is gone. If there is a backup, on your iPhone 5: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You should now be able to restore that backup, if it exists, to your iPhone 5.

I bought a new iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1.3 installed. When I connected it to itunes for the first time to activate it iTunes asked me to enter the password for an account that the iPhone is locked to like if the device was used before what shall I do? PLease reply soonI can't do that because the device was purchased from United Arab Emirates and I got it as a gift in Syria but the problem is that there is not even a single apple store in Syria so is there another way to fix that, I googled it and was told to jailbreak the device whitch I did and than hacktivated it but the problem is the device doesn't connect to any network and only shows "no service" and the battery draining too fast so is there any other way to fix this issue

For the first time, I'm trying to use adobe premiere elements 10 that came with my pc Windows 8. I created a single project, saved it but cannot open it. My pc shows the file I created but I get an error message that says this type file is not supported or the codex is not installed. As a test, I created another very small project and get the same error message, when I try to open it. Pls give me a simple answer, a refund or a phone

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 10 running on? And, what video card/graphics card does that computer use?
Is this the first time you are using Premiere Elements 10 or have you worked with it before successfully? There is no easy solution until we
know the details and troubleshoot to determined what caused the problem.
1. Can you open a new project?
2. After you saved/closed the problem project, did you move, delete, or rename any of the files/folder that were related to the source media
for that project?
3. Please review the Adobe document on troubleshooting damaged projects.

i connected my iphone 5 to my computer for the first time since i got it and it didnt give me any option and just started to restore it from my iphone 4s. ive now lost all my pictures that were on it. Is there a way i can get them back as i did not want it to restore my old phone anyway! i also had my hone set up to the cloud and it didnt work! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
Can you try to use another computer?
If this does not work, visit an Apple Store or an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place, and show them the phone, maybe they can restore it before you'll have to get it serviced.
Did you try to put it in recovery mode?

I think that you need to be patient.
There has not been any release of Camera Raw since the release of the camera.
I recommend to try the next version once it will be released, as there might be preliminary support (and therefore not listed).
Usually, Adobe is amongs the firsts to support a new camera.
Even though the Camera Raw team is fielded with wonderful coders, I do not think that they do have a time machine to allow support before they have their hands on a camera -

Not as yet. ACR 7.2 does have preliminary support for D600. Output may change in final release of D600 support in upcoming ACR 7.3.

ACR 7.3 will have complete support for D600.
But, if you're on CS5, I'm sorry to break it you cannot upgrade to ACR 7.x...
You may want to consider upgrading to CS6 or Lightroom 4 (cheaper alternative) to get ACR 7.x support.
Or, use the DNG converter, make TIFFs and open them with PS. -
