Can't verify my icloud account to be able to use App Store or iTunes?

Have you tried closing the App Store app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    For all Users...I just fixed mine and am now able to log on.
    Yesterday there was a Quick Time update to 7.3.1 that fixed a security issue that was allowing access to your computers. I thought that my auto update would install this and it didn't. I had to manually download from apple and install the update.

    I used the "with iTunes" version and now I can log into my account with out the "null" error appearing.
    This was pointed out to my by QuickDraw so he gets all of the credit.

    Open Settings -> Store
    Tap on the Apple ID shown and sign out. Then sign in with your own Apple ID.

    Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...sign back in with the ID you want to use.
    Note: Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID used to originally obtain them. They cannot be updated using any other Apple ID other than the one they were originally obtained with.

    i just contacted apple support and the solution is the following!!!!!
    connect the iphone to your computer  and open itunes
    then click on itunes store at the left side of the screen
    then click at the right top side of your itunes screen on your email address (or id that is displayed there in the black bar)
    choose log out
    then go to the top of the screen with the search option in itunes where you can search in the store and choose an app that you have not yet installed.
    then you get the security questions also in itunes, fill the them out and after you have done that you are asked to log in again
    now when you install an app that works (it is then on your computer still)
    open the app store on your iphone and choose the updates button and install the app from the cloud
    now when you install new apps also from the app store on your iphone it works again!!! and you are no longer asked about the security questions
    (the other option they told me (that i did not have to use)  is: go to settings/general/ all the way at the bottom of the screen choose make new settings restore networksettings and choose yes)

    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5209 might help you.  An iPhone 4 can airplay content from apps that support airplay and iTunes but it cannot mirror.  If your game does not have airplay in the app you cannot mirror it to the apple TV so I don't know if you can play just the music.  You should have no problem playing your iTunes over airplay though.

    can I re install logic after I purchased it from the app store? They say you can, but it won't allow me. Finally got logic pro 9 loaded. I recorded a test session,saved it,closed logic and when I went to re open logic the next day. My Logic icon was different ( it was the application icon not the silver record icon ) and I am unable to open my session or go to the app store to re install it.     Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
