TS3988 help me, i can't sign in iCloud :(

1 month ago, I bought an iphone4 from a ban.toi want to save all your contacts, photos, notes but are able to log into icloud, error "number of free accounts have been activated up on this iphone".. I restore and try to log in again but still can not signin help me, this is really important to me
I look forward to hear from you. please, help me !  thanks you

Unfortunately you have a problem.  Each device can only create three iCloud accounts.  The error you see is telling you that all three have already been created.  You can't create any more accounts on your phone, and you can't delete any of the earlier accounts so you can create a new one.
All you can do now is either re-use one of the accounts created earlier, or create a new account to use on different iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or a Mac running OS X Lion or higher, if you have one.  Or take the phone back to the place you bought it from and get your money back.

perhaps users in the iCloud forum can help you.  When you post in there, give them as much information as possible.  Good luck.

    Hello Martin,
Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your iCloud account on your Mac.  I recommend signing out of iCloud first:
On your Mac, open iCloud preferences, then click Sign Out.

If you are still being prompted for your password, I recommend the steps in the following article (this article refers to an iOS device, but the steps are still relevant for your Mac as well):

Do you have 2-step verification on for your Apple ID?  I may have a solution.
When I upgraded to Yosemite and subsequently updated my Apple ID, I would get errors when I tried to sign into iMessage and FaceTime using my apple ID (and my new password), I similarly was not able to sign in.  On FaceTime, I would get errors like "unable to sign in at this time" or some times just nothing at all (the spinning 'processing' graphic would grind away until it presumably just timed out).
Turns out that I enabled 2-step notification on for my Apple ID (totally forgot about it, I set it up a couple years ago), and apparently the regular Apple ID password that you choose is not usable when you try to log in to iMessage or FaceTime through the programs themselves (intuitively, this makes sense since these programs do not have a way to prompt you for the "2nd step" code).
To solve, you have to log in to your Apple ID online (appleid.apple.com or whatever), and look for the option to "Generate App-Specific Passwords".  These are unique, random passwords which are made to work around issues like these since they can be used in iMessage or FaceTime or what not.  This is the same idea as to what you have to do to log into gmail on your iPhone if you have Google 2-step verification on.
This solved my issue (after lots of swearing and hair pulling!).  Would have been nice if a I got some sort of warning when updating my Apple ID password that "Hey, you have 2-step enabled.  Go make some app-specific passwords or you will lose 5 hours of your life trying to solve this mystery"
    Hopefully this may solve yours

  • Can't sign into iCloud in the pref pane.

I can't sign into icloud in the pref pane.  I get a pop up asking me to log in again and under the username and password it says my user or password in invalid.  This is kinda curious since I can login with the same user/pass to itunes store and icloud on my ipad.  On my wife's user account I was able to set up her icloud with no problems.  Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. Did you find any solution?
All services connected to my Apple-ID works fine, apart from login into iCloud prefpane.
I tried creating a new user, and that could actually log into my iCloud account. But my main account is having this problem though.

    Greetings alixniti,
Thanks for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you were not able to send a verification code from iCloud on March 11th.
The iCloud services were briefly experiencing issues at that time, which may have affected your attempts. You can see the system status for Apple services at this link:
Apple - Support - System Status
Please try sending the verification code again, if you haven't already. Feel free to reply and let us know if the issue continues.
    Best Regards,

  • I can sign into and use iTunes but I can't sign into icloud.

I can sign into and use iTunes with no trouble but I can't sign into icloud. It makes me think I must have a different password. I go to the reset password area and choose via email but the email never comes. It's not in junk. I don't know what to do

    Hi Adam ...
Make sure you have logged out of the iTunes Store then try logging in to the App Store.
And try deleting the cache associated with the App Store.
Quit the App Store if it's open.
    Go to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.appstore folder to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store. Click Account right side of the App Store window and see if you can login.

  • TS4006 I have changed my Apple ID and can't sign on ICloud as the PW for the old ICloud iD is not working

I have changed my Apple ID and can't sign on ICloud as the PW for the old ICloud iD is not working

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, and your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    can an some help please

    Nellymay,
I would recommend reviewing this article. You may want to consider beginning at step five:
iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    Resolution
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.
A restore of the device, and setting it up as new will help with the  software issues you've described.
    Thanks,
    BobbyD
