You can't. If you can't rememeber your password, you will have to delete all of your existing backups & restore your phone as a new device. In essence, you start over.

"Java" doesn't have a password, unless you mean your admin password for installing software. That's whatever password you (or the person who set your computer up) used to set up your admin account. That's the same password that you use when you start up the computer if you get asked for one. You cannot retrieve this password if you've forgotten it, but you can reset it and make a new one. Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.

The password is the same as for the other iCloud facilities. If you can log into the iCloud website at http://icloud.com with the same password then you've probably run into a server issue which has affected some people, though you could try signing out in System Preferences>iCloud and signing back in again, which sometimes fixes it. (And sometimes doesn't.)
If you can not get into the website you can change your password at http://appleid.apple.com - click 'Reset password' and sign in with your iCloud ID (not your iTunes ID if this is different).
