Can someone please help me I created my icloud account under totally different account and I cant remember what it is. How can I change to my current apple id account so I can use all the new cool stuff available? Each time I try to sign in it states account not verified because I am not loggin in with the account I originally create my icloud under. What can I do the resolve this issue Ugh this *****

You got it with that same apple id thing. You can use different apple id's, but then they will not sync. Apple does allow as many free apple id's as you want, but they are in the business to make money.

I installed iCloud PC control panel. I tried to sync my contacts and calendars from Outlook (2007) to the cloud but I gets this message: "Add an e-mail account to Outlook Before setting up iCloud". I found a way to fix this, it did the trick for me:

All you have to do is include a new e-mail account [email protected] (set it as a default) on Outlook with the options that are showed in the thread I linked and you should have the calendars and tasks syncronised. It works perfectly with ipod touch, ipad and Outlook 2010 on windows 7.

Choose Password and Security (at the left of the page)

Perhaps my reasoning for doing this was flawed, but here it is. That thread was started back in June when the real details of iCloud were somewhat conjecture. It is now about 14 pages long. There are some recent posts to the thread, but for the life of me I can't tease a solution to my question above out of them. I just may not be reading carefully enough. If so, I apologize.
What I am looking for is more of a STEP BY STEP guide to setting up iOS 5 and OS 10.7.2 for a family in my situation with my needs. I think I do represent a fair segment of users.

I've been getting sick of staying up until 3 AM then waking up at 11 AM every day. I think the best way to solve it without sheer will is to just set a time limit on my computer. I know you can do it in Parental Controls, but it only lets you to it to non-admin accounts that aren't yours. Is there a way to set them for your own account via some sort of workaround? Thanks.

No, you needed to set up that iCloud accoun on the phone before it went missing.
There is no way to remotely track it now.
Also, without the iCloud account, that iPhone is not protected by Activation Lock, so whomever has it now can just restore it as new in iTunes and use it as their own.
