TS3988 iCloud was working great...now it won't sync
Both my contacts and calendars will not sync. Worked for 2-3 weeks, now it won't.
Windows 8, Outlook 2013, iCloud 3.1
Says:
Outlook Configuration problem
Setup can't continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile. Check your Outlook settings and try again.
I have uninstalled iCloud, I have turned it off/on/etc.
Please HELP!

This particular error means that the Schedule has to be deleted before making changes to the backup device. You have to delete the schedule before trying to make IP address change on the existing backup device, or you could create a new backup device and schedule altogether.

Have you tried resetting your device: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the "Slide to Unlock" screen redisplays, see if your issue is resolved.

Is the Apple touch ID disabled on IPhone 6 ? Was working before, now it won't work.
Was wondering if Apple disabled the touch ID.It was working before on my I phone 6, not it no longer works. I rebooted my phone and updated to the latest IOS but still not working.

The link you provided was for a generic story written in Sept. 2013, over a year ago. If you read the article, it talked about the beginning of the fingerprint technology and the fact that Apple was using technology over and above what most fingerprint readers were using. It also said that something could happen, but does not indicate any evidence that it has. The only evidence it cites is a Mythbusters show where they try it on a fingerprint scanner, not a iPhone, so the comment that Apple was having security risks is a conjecture on your part. Understand, I'm not trying to chastise you, just to let others know that this really isn't a problem where Apple has made a decision to disable the technology based on this article. The article does say that Apple is using a better technology than most in developing their fingerprint scanner. So the statement that Apple was having security issues is not true. -
Unity Connection 8.5.1 Backup was working before now it won't setup?
My Backups for my Unity Connection 8.5.1 have stopped working. I had set it up when I first installed both the CUCM and Unity Connection 8.5.1, then I had to make a change in the network addresses on the backup server. I was able to restart the backups on the CUCM no problem, however the Unity Connection server wont allow me to setup a new instance of the Backup Server. Before I even get started setting up with the device it says at the bottom of the screen :
The Backup Device which is associated with 1 or more schedule(s) cannot be deleted.
It will allow me to go through the entire process of setting things up but will fail every time. I have run traces on the network, and it never attempts to touch the SFTP server, Can someone shed some light on this?

I just changed i Pads and i cloud was working great on all the devices I had it on including my PC now it just keeps asking me to verify my password and I know I have not made a mistake and I don't have ICloud on any of the devices at present help!!!!!

A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.

if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

When I first activated iCloud keychain on my stuff (MacBook Pro, iPod and 2 iPads) it was working great and the all logged in to a wifi network that I had only used the password for on the MacBook. But yesterday the others all started asking for the password again (which I unfortunately don't remember and the friend who had it has recentlly had a stroke and also cannot remember it). I've tried turning iCloud keychain off and then back on again, but to no avail. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
What probally currputed is the battery, all type of devices do this when the battery gose out. and when it only lights up when pulged in that a sign of a bad battery. click here for support on a replacment battery. Hey dose maybe this page or this page will help.

The screen repair was botched. Take iPhone back to place of screen repair, and have them get the home button working again.

Help? New iPad2 exchange email was working. Now won't download email and existing emails disappearing - newest disappearing first. Can connect to web. And my windows computer connects fine to exchange server. What's going on?

Could you help me with an app situation? We purchased several codes for Splashtop to install on our iPad 2's. It was working great but now that we upgraded the OS they have disappeared. The codes that we purchased are giving us an error that they have already been used. So far it has only been 2 iPads.
Any solutions?The compiler is highlighting the areas you got wrong, although the error messages are somewhat confusing.
Error 1: NSLog is a function and needs to be called as such, see e.g. the circleArea call on the line above. Functions are called using the function-name with its arguments in paratheses e.g. foo(12, 13).
Error 2: looks like a typo, defining a function is done as function-name(... <arguments> ...) { ... <body> ...}. In your code there is a ";" between the arguments and the body that should not be there, you probably copy pasted it from the forward declaration at the top of the source codde file. -
My Macbook pro no longer outputs to my vizio led tv. It was working fine now I cant get any picture. It just says no signal. It is not the hdmi or the adapter because it works fine with my other tv. Any ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Please be as specific as possible. Thanks. BTW--I am using the mini dvi to hdmi adapter in case that was unclear.
Since you say that the same connectors work on your other TV is suggests that the fault is not in the connectors but your Vizio TV. I would check the settings on the Vizio TV. Verify that is is set to receive HDMI input. Perhaps you or some one else has inadvertently changed them. Pressing the wrong buttons on a remote control device can do that. (I am assuming no changes were made in SYSTEM PREFERENCES>DISPLAYS)

Personal domain redirect worked great - now both are down???
Please, someone maybe here is having this problem? I used iweb/mobile me to publish to my personal domain www.fashionthathappened.com. Had that all set up great with no issues. A week later, bought a name domain for my resume & tacked that on the back end... spent a while on the boards learning about masking - which all worked out great (I used google apps/eNom for the domain registry). So I changed what I needed to on eNom to redirect the URL. Everything was working great. Noticed though that one of my pages that isn't passworded is somehow coming up with an admin password request when you click on the link, or type the address. Then day before yesterday I noticed that my site wasn't coming up right when I went to my resume... then yesterday nothing. both domains are now down. I've tried everything I could find on the boards - but maybe I'm missing something simple? I don't know how to fix a problem that I have no idea what's causing. I didn't change anything. Anyone have suggestions or mind helping me out???
Can you still get to both your sites via your MobileMe url? That is http://web.me.com/username/sitename?
If you can, your sites are still published to MobileMe and the Apple servers, so the problem does not lie here. If you have used CNAME and web forwarding, then this problem would seem to lie with your domain name registrar/host. Perhaps if their servers go down, the forwarding that you have set up does not work.
Have you set up your first site using CNAME forwarding and the second using masked web forwarding?
