TS3988 iPhone Disabled, iCloud id locked, Couldn't access/reset apple id!

Hi there! I had created an apple id 2 months back. I logged in into icloud in my iPhone4S using that id and FIND MY IPHONE was enabled.
Some days after I handed the iphone to my one of the relatives, it's display got damaged! As the iphone was passcode locked, they pressed so many wrong passwords causing iPhone to be disabled for some thousands of years!
I tried restoring it. Restoring was successful but asked me to provide apple id and corresponding password.
I couldn't remember the password
I tired very hard to remember other things to reset apple id password, but couldn't!
I think the iphone is now gonna be just a show piece and I am very sad with that!
I can't login or reset apple id/password. But I can provide apple my iPhone's IMEI number, it's MAC address, currently associated apple id, last login date(tentative) and other details.
Can anybody give me a way out or apple, can you please help me to activate my iPhone? I will be thank full to you!

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

    The iPhone has a feature called "Activation Lock" described here:

    Without that Apple ID, you will not be able to use that iPhone.

    i have set up my icloud on iphone 4s 16gb ios 7.0.6 and then i check to my icloud account my device is listed on find my iphone, then i turn off find my iphone in the iphone it asked for password and confirmed that find my iphone is off, i checked it again on my icloud account on the website my device not listed anymore, and then i checked through icloud.com/activation lock put my serial but it said find my iphone still on, then i tried again to turn on  FMI confirmed is on then i checked again on my icloud account the device listed there, i turn off again the device dissapeared, check again the activation lock still on, i want to update to the latest ios this is really confusing, my wifi is greyed out cause of updating to ios 7.0.6 but another problem start with find my iphone, how can i solve this

    Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

    If I use my icloud to backup all my stuff will it only come up with an accout with my id or any itunes account? Seems like a dumb question, but i'm hearing otherwise.

    I'm not sure what you are asking exactly.
    If you mean back up, it only backs up your phone to iCloud, if for what ever reason the software becomes corrupt or you need to replace the phoen, you can restore it to as it was when you backed up.
    If you mean sync, then yes data is only synced between devices that use the same iCloud ID and account as your phone does.

    If the phone hasn't been activated, you cannot use it. The only way to get rid of the lock is to enter the original owner's Apple ID and password. If you are thinking about buying an Activation Locked phone, don't.

  • Merging Contacts From iPhone to iCloud

    This is not a question.  This is an explanation of how to merge contacts from iPhone to iCloud.
    I cant believe how difficult Apple makes this process.  I figured it out on my own because Apple does not explain it.  In fact, Apple hasn't even provided directions or guidance on this topic since 2012.
    Here it is.  Go to Settings on your iPhone.  Go to iCloud.  Un-hook the slider next to Contacts.  Hook the slider next to Contacts.  A pop up asks Merge, hit merge.  This will copy all contacts in your iPhone to the Cloud.
    Apple needs to get back to basics or risk losing customers.

    If the contacts are solely on your iPhone and not apart of iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud and turn off Contacts. It will ask if you want to delete or keep the contacts on your iPhone. Go ahead and keep them on your iPhone. When that is done, turn it back on and iCloud will merge all that contact data back onto iCloud.

    The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.
    If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
    If locked with a passcode, all a thief or whoever finds it has to do is force the phone into recovery mode & restore it. While this deletes all data on the phone, it also removes the passcode so the phone can then be used as a phone or touch.

    If you see that pop up you enabled icloud. Whether you want or do not want now to use it irrelevant until you actually disable activation lock.
    In order to do that you have to change your apple id back to do that just long enough to sign in and back out. System will ask you to verify, don't.
    Just sign in on the prompt you getting and then logout. Once done, change apple id to what you have now and verify. Then decide if you want to
    use icloud (who does not want to be able to track their phone if lost or stolen).
