when I'm trying to make account on ICloud, I put my applr ID & password. I have an error ie : "cannot sign In. the operation couldn't be completed. (com.appleaccount error 403.)"

This means the iCloud account limit has been reached on that device. Every device has a limit of three iCloud accounts to be created on them. You will need to sign into iCloud on a different device which has not yet reached it's limit. This is common if you bought your iPhone used or you have multiple accounts. Please note: an Apple ID is NOT an iCloud account.

HT1918 I can't select 'None' in the payments section when I'm trying to make my apple ID.

I'm trying to use my account on an iPod touch, and it prompts me to make an apple ID again because its never been used on app store.
I'm trying to do it from my MacBook Pro but when it goes to the payments section there is no 'none' option. There is no 'none' option on the iPod touch or the Macbook Pro. Please help!

I went back to the service provider twice and they reactivated my phone the first time and the second time the tech rebooted the phone and told me how to tell if it was on my end or the other person's end. Of course it didn't happen at the store, but right after I left I called a family member (on my plan) and the phone did this problem. It can be frustrating. The cell towers are strong in my area, so it can't be that. My next stop is to an Apple store but I am waiting until after Christmas. I can't deal with the shopping crowds!!!

All you can do is re-use on of the accounts previously created on your device, or create an account to use on another iOS device or Mac (running OS X 10.7.2 or later), if you have one.

My imovies no longer show up in media options when i am trying to make a DVD from iDVD.

it says "to se imovie projects here, use imovie 3 or later..." but i have not changed anything. even more odd, when i tell it to look at an external drive where i store old imovies it sees only a few of the many i have there. it's like the extensions of some movies got changed or something. help please and thanks.

How can I reduce the background music from a song when I'm trying to make a mashup in Garageband?

I'm creating a mashup between two songs (Titanium and Starships). Everything seems fine: I just need to cut out the background music for the Starships song. Does anybody know how to? Thanks!!

I just purchased a new iPhone and it told me to plug it into iTunes, I did. Now when I am trying to get on to iCloud to get all of my data from previous phone, it won't let me. I keep getting my old apple ID

I just purchased a new iPhone and I am not able to get into my iCloud. When I plugged it into my computer, I used iTunes to get my phone up and running. Well it gave me my old apple ID as my info. Now I cannot get into anything because I don't remember my old password and when I go to the website to recover my password it is of no help cause I don't remember any security questions(over 8 years old) and that email account don't even exist anymore. Now when I go to try I cloud on my new phone all it keeps doing is trying to verify my old iTunes and won't let me use my new apple ID to sign in it keeps sAying to type in my old password from my old apple ID that I just don t have. Can anybody help me?

No. You needed to have set up an iCloud account on the iPod before it was lost, as the find my iPod feature is a setting under the iCloud account. You are out of luck at this point.

Trying to verify account with iCloud

I just downloaded OS5 and did not realize the recommendation was to install iCloud. I am not trying to add new apps and it keeps saying that I need to verify my account. I got the email and it now says that it is apple address is verified for another apple id. Not sure how to get around this. any suggestions?

Welcome to the Apple community.
First, you may wish to check that your filtering and mail rules are not placing Apples email in your junk folder or even deleting it completely. If you have verified that this is not the case:
Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.

May be in the wrong place to post this but hey, here goes: I have made some videos of me playing the piano which I can upload to youtube no probs.
Someone else has some groovy software on their vids, which shows a keyboard, and the notes being pressed on it, as you play the real thing. I wanted to try to do this for my efforts, and have asked him. It is called Vanbasco, is a free download.
Thing is I have tried but it seems it is for PC now mac. Does anyone know either a way I can use this, or another software for mac that might allow me to do it?
Would really like to be able to add this feature to my videos if possible. Does anyone also know what these types of software are called?

I use iCloud for my Sims Freeplay game so I can upload a game to iCloud on my iPod and download it on my iPad, or visa versa.
