I have set up a shared photostream and a couple of people have access . I want to expand the access to more people - how do I do this without deleting the photostream and starting again?

The above answer was for the iPad.
To add/delete people or delete the stream on your iPhone, tap on the little blue arrow on the right side of your photostream, in the photostream overview tab within the Photos app (do not go inside the stream).

I just upgraded to itunes 7.1.1.5 from an early version and used to be able to do this but now it want let me, it only lets me add one song at a time. I don't want to use the "Add Folder" option because it adds m3u playists and all kinds of things I don't want to be in my library. Is this a glitch? because it doesn't make sense.

When using the "add file to library" feature, hold down the CNTL (control) button as you pick your songs...
DON'T RELEASE THE BUTTON UNTIL YOU HAVE SLECTED ALL THE SONGS...

A switch has no routing functions....just as if a router were in Bridge Mode.
The switch will be on the same subnet as the LAN port on the router....assuming that the Ethernet cables, etc are all working correctly.
You can plug into the switch, or into one of the Ethernet ports on the AirPort Extreme. The connection is the same....everything is on the same LAN. If you want, you can plug another switch into the switch.....or into another LAN port on the AirPort Extreme. All the same.

More than one blank Insert Space? How do you add more?

Hello. I was curious how to add more blank insert spaces. Reason being that I want my Autoload to have 7 per track and that would give me room to throw an insert in the middle of the chain and then add more DSP Effects before or after the first one. Is there a way without making a dummy track for inserts and leaving one in like position 6 in the chain? Thanks guys!

Well, they just adapt. So a dummy will do, just put a gain in there or something.

How do you add an extension to a phone number in iCloud?

I just attempted to edit a contact's business telephone by adding an extension to the end.
Here's what the number looked like to start: (212) 555-1234
My goal: (212) 555-1234 x101
What resulted in iCloud when I hit save: 2125551234101
I tried several different ways of formatting the addition of the extension, but none worked. The results all ended up exactly the same. Anyone have any insight as to how to make this work?

From what I read, using a comma to separate the main number from the extension should work. It inserts a pause, with each additional comma increasing the length of the pause. So:
4155551234,,3710484
might be long enough for the automated system to pick up and reach the point where it'll accept the extension number. If not, add more commas.
Commas will also sync to your iPhone if you have one, and work as intended.

How do you add a reminder to a shared list in iCal

I'm trying to add a reminder to a shared list in iCal, but I do not see the list as an option in the "Get Info" window or in the "Calendar" menu list. This shared list was shared with me in iCloud, and if I log into iCloud.com, I can add the item there. I think I can also add via my phone, but I'm not sure. Also, I can see items in the shared list, and I can check them off. I just can't add.
I don't know if this is an iCloud issue, but I am able to add items in iCal to a shared list *I* created, just not to one that my wife created. Is there some setting in iCal to enable this?

It is not easy to see and I found it by messing around. First of all put them in daye order by dragging the screen down and touching the little alarm clock at the top. Then touch the space below the earlies reminder and a new one comes up. It defaults to 'today' so you have to touch the new reminder and then touch the 'i' button that appears. You can then change the date and time etc. No easy.
I dont understand why Apple do these thongs before updating the user guide!

i was already suggested to use http://www.freesound.org/ but it dosent show up in imovie so if you know hoe to fix that that woud also be very helpful. i would prefer that the new sounds be free but i would consider a small fee.

1. You can drag the audio clip directly into your project from the Finder.
2. Also, you can import your audio clip into iTunes and open the Media Browser in iMovie to iTunes.

Ok, I know how to go into edit artboards and option drag the artboard to add artboards.
But how can I numerically specify that I want, say, 12 artboards instead of 2.
(Like adding pages in InDesign)

And Id like to be able to change it from horizontal to vertical if I want.
Used to be easy in CS3.

Basically I have some more text elsewhere on the page and want to assign these rules to that as well.

You would want to change your order as shown here -

That way, the hover and the focus states are equivalent.

If you are trying to add more email addresses to your "Allowed Senders" list in ePrintCenter you need to click the icon in your ePrintCenter account labeled "ePrint Settings". From here, click the button next to "Allowed Senders Only" if it is not already selected. All you need to do from here is type an email address in the blank text box and click the button "+ Add Email" and it should be displayed below in the list of Allowed Senders. Make sure you click "Save" to keep these settings after you have finished.

A very good sign assuming those speeds are reasonably close to the your plan offered by your ISP. The Extreme itself is capable of much faster speeds than your ISP can ever hope to provide.

Not sure what you mean here. Time Warner provides various plans, some up to 50 Mbps. I get 60+ consistently with this plan. I had a 30 Mpbs plan before that consistently delivered about 35-36 Mbps.
The math is simple. If you download a lot of files from the Internet, a 50 Mbps connection is going to take half as long to download a file as a 25 Mbps connection, for example.
One word of caution though....if you try a higher speed plan...plan to stay, as you will never go back to slower speeds once you have sampled higher speeds. Comcast now owns Time Warner by the way. I don't know whether that will be a good thing or a bad thing.

You don't need to add any sort of tags to call by voice. It's built into the system. Go to Settings>General>Siri and make sure it's set to On.
To use Siri, press and hold the Home button. When the microphone icon pops up and there is a beep, say, "Call <name from your contacts>"
Consult the manual for more information on Siri.
