I have pix for co-workers not to be shared in public forum, would like to know where in knowledgebase to find the instructions. thank you

You can do this by adding photos to a shared stream and enabling the public website option (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99). This will give you a private url that can be shared with non-iCloud users, enabling them to see the photos on the web from their computer browser. You will need iPhoto '11 to do this, available in the Mac App Store.

No. iTunes Match is what it implies... it finds a "match" in iTunes' immense library.
None of your CD's content is actually uploaded to iCloud.
In short, there is no substitute for a backup of the device containing your iTunes Library.

Create subscription not having the correct created by user name and date

Last week we upgraded our system to SP14 from SP11. When a user creates
a new document request from a template (refer attachment-screen shots),
subscription notification is sent with the wrong created by user name &
date. Instead of showing the user who created the request using the
template, it is showing the users name & date who loaded the templates
to the repository.
Also, when the user creates new document request from template, the
name of the templates defaults in the system property name without any
extension, in other words it looks like it is overwriting the same file
name to all the requests & is not able to identify the users name. We
did not see this behavior in SP11.
Since we are already in production & this is causing lot of issues &
confusion, if any of you have experienced this issue, please let me know how it was resolved.
I am also attaching the log files with errors for your reference.

I just transferred over 2500 pictures from my SLR and would really like to not have these download to my phone. I just disabled icloud on my phone as its been downloading these pictures for the last hour or so...

Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are referring to photo stream, then no, you cannot just have it upload photos but not download them.
In reference to your last point, photo stream cannot hold 2,500 photos, it is limited to 1,000 photos, and then only for 30 days.

Can't upload documents to the cloud

I am trying to upload some documents to the cloud, using reader xi, but every time i do it the progress bar gets to about 90% and then i get an error message telling me there has been an error accessing the service.
I have also tried uploading via acrobat.com but it just freezes.
Please help.

Are you trying to upload from with Reader or Acrobat? Or are you uploading directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com? What is the exact error message that you're receiving? Have you tried to upload other files? If so, have you met with success, or are they failing, too?

How can I set the file name and folder for output to PDF from another application?

I am developing an application in Microsoft Access where the printed reports are to be saved in PDF format for archive purposes. I can send the output to Adobe X, but the default file name is the Access report name and the folder selected is the one last used.
What I need to do is to create the file with a specific name (which changes for each run) and to a specific folder (which also changes for each run).
The language I'm using is Visual Basic for Applications which is located in an Access form that controls the report production.
Any suggestions, please?

Jo, not that I'm aware of as an offering from Apple. While the photo stream can serve that purpose for a finite period of time (it's a rolling 1,000) if you're looking for web/cloud hosting or something similar to the galleries feature that .Mac/MobileMe offered you'll need to seek it elsewhere. The good news, there are numerous cloud storage services out there most of which offer free storage ranging between 2GB and 5GB.
I personally use Dropbox.com for photo galleries and cloud storage/file sharing. But there's several to pick from and all of them are quite good.

In PS 9, can I backup to disc and keep the pix separated by file name?

In the past, my backups to disc just result in a mass of pictures that are not separated by file name and haven't retained their numerical designation.
It would be much more useful if this could be done.

It is peculiar, that Chrome, Safari, and Skype can access FB, but not the iPhoto uploader.
Do you see any error messages/ diagnostics in the Console Window, when you try to connect to Facebook?
Launch a Console window from Applications > Utilities and clear the Console Window. Then try to upload. Are there any new messages?
And also launch a Terminal and have a look, if "facebook.com" is properly resolved:

On the laptop try signing out of the iTunes Store, full shutdown and restart computer from cold. Once running and connected to the internet, launch iTunes, sign-in to iTunes Store and start iTunes Match - allow the 3-step process to complete.
In the Songs view enable the iCloud Download and iCloud Status fields and examine the status of the CD songs, they should be matched or uploaded - if not check the quality of the Song files, pending results re-rip at 320 kbit AAC and repeat the steps above.

Most Simple Back Up:
Drag the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to another Disk. This will make a copy on that disk.
Slightly more complex: Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically.
Example of such apps: Chronosync - but there are many others. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store
