After resting my ipad2 I lost 90% my photos and remaining are out of focus.please help me to recover my photo.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.

If you don't know your ID, you can try to find it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. Then you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Of course, you can only do this if it's your ID.

If you mean you lost the passcode for your iPhone, you cannot recover it. You can reset it by attaching the iPhone to your computer with iTunes and restore the iPhone from the most recent backup. That removes the passcode.
If iTunes does not recognize the iPhone or let you restore, attach in recovery mode by starting iTunes, connect the USB end of the cable then while holding the home button on the iPhone connect the dock connector end of the cable. iTunes should then ask if you want to restore. -

How can i recover the deleted photos on my Xperia S ?
I deleted some photos carelessly a few days ago. Since i use the phone model is "Xperia S" which is use of interal storage hard disk (not have SD card select), i have tried use some of recovery software (like CardRecovery, Pandora Recovery) but since Xperia S connect the PC via USB only have Media Transfer Mode (MTP), the aforesaid software cannot detect my phone as an external driver and hence cannot recover any files. check at https://www.icloud.com/ to see if the file is saved there in documents or iCloud drive
if not check under settings > iCloud > storage > manage storage and see if there is a backup of the iPad from when the document was still saved
if there is restoring your iPad form that backup may recover it
Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
if there is not then check to see if it is still saved on any other computers or devices to see if it is saved there

Even if you haven’t backed up your iPhone with iTunes manually, iTunes might have backed up it automatically each time you sync your iPhone with iTunes. If you have enabled iCloud, every time, your iPhone is connected to Wifi and a power source, and the screen is locked, iCloud will automatically backup your photos. So try to restore the deleted photos from iTunes or iCloud backup first if the backups were created before the deletion.

If you don’t want to restore your iPhone with an out-of-date backup, erase all the content and settings on your iPad, and go back to an older iOS version, try to extract your iPhone photos from your iTunes or iCloud backup with the iPhone backup extractor.
Other than restoring from iTunes or iCloud backup, there are still at least 3 other solutions for you to recover deleted photos from iPhone:
Extracting from previous iTunes backup;
Retrieving directly from iPhone;
Copying from other backups.
