once again I am trying to download the new update 8.1.3 and it says I am not connected to the Internet which I am. Any suggestions ?
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad or your router?
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
Even though you are connected to the Internet, sometimes resetting your router can help. It's very easy to do. Just unplug it for about 30 seconds, plug it back in and let it start up. -
I accidently installed debian and would like fire fox back but i dont know how to go about it.
While updateing my computer with firefox, I seen something about debian come up on the screen and fallowed the instructions. I didn't know what I was doing. Now I'm using iceweasle and I want my old set up back. I want to uninstall. debian and reinstall umbuntu, but dont know how. I am new to Computers.(sad I know) Please help!

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
No data is lost due to a reset. -
I have an I phone 4s and I got 50.00 gift card for christmas and I put it on my itunes account. Now it wont let me use it cause it keeps asking security questions that we do not know the anwser too. Questions we never set up. What can I do to be able to use the 50.00?

My ipod touch 4 gen is in recovery mode and i dont know how to get out of it,i tried everything like hold the home and top button at the same time. All it did what g to the apple logo and went back to recovery mode any help?
Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything... and you must continue with the Recovery...

My iPod was updating to iOS 6 and i shut it off during the update because it was taking too long and now my screen in baby blue i've tried to drain the battery but when i plugged it in to charge the blue screen came back on.I dont know what to do
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. -

Installing iTunes has never caused content to magically appear.
Use the backup of the computer to put the media and other important data back on the computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup, some content can be redownloaded from the iTunes store.

Help needed. I have a 3TB external hard drive partitioned into 1TB's. I used one partition as backup for the main computer hard drive. But now it is greyed out as shown in the disk utility and its name changed, i dont know how that happened, i tried verifying and repairing it but had no luck. I also tried mounting and unmounting it but still no solution. Anyone to help please?
Looks bad. I would strongly advise backing up the stuff on the other two partitions as soon as possible in case the rest of the drive goes wrong.
Beyond that, Disk Utility has limited abilities to repair disks, DiskWarrior uses a different approach and might, emphasis might be more successful. It has certainly done the job for me in the past when Disk Utility could not.

For me it worked when I switched the virus protection off while doing the installation. After you run the installation you then switch the virus protection back on.
