My iPhone has stopped pushing info to iCloud and I can't find out why. Can anyone help? I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium - service pack 1 and my phone is a 4 with iOS 5.1.1. Thank you.
Mine has never pushed to the cloud. PC and MacAir are fine. iPhone seems to be on its own cloud. Receives from PC, but not the other way around. Let me know if you get an answer.

charles altmanReplying to my own post - heh. I downloaded iExplorer (http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/) which allowed me access to the files on the phone and there was the phantom movie in the DCIM folder. Deleted it, and all is well - although I still have 0.65gb of Other in iTunes.....

Restored it from a backup and now there's no music on it. In the music tab it iTunes says: Thomas iPhone has access to music on iCloud. Songs can be fetched via WIFI or a mobile network. The pnly thing I can chose to sync are voice memos.
What can I do?If you want all the songs from an artist on your phone you can to to the artist view, tap on the artist, scroll to the bottom of the list and you will see a Download All button. This works for playlists and albums too (scroll to the bottom and tap the Download All button). I suppose if you wanted all your music on your phone you could create a smart playlist in iTunes on your computer that would contain all your music, upload it to iTunes match (Store>Update iTunes Match), and then you would get a Download All button at the bottom of this playlist on your phone to download all your songs.

my iphone has been lost in my house and i need to find a way to track it and its offline. it wont connect to the internet so there isnt a way to use find my iphone. i just want to play a sound on it. is there any way i can get a app that connects my ipod from a laptop or a different way to find it.
If your phone is offline, the ONLY way to find it is to look for it the old fashioned way. Your phone CANNOT be located electronically if it's offline.

I updated it from iOS 6.0.2 I think so I skipped 6.1. Is this a possible reason (tho I doubt it)?

Nobody can log in to your iCloud account unless you gave them your password. There is no other way.
If you shared your password with someone (not a good idea) and no longer want them to have access to your account, change the password and don't share it again. -
my battery drains even when iphone is not being used. It is a relatively new phone and this battery draining just started and I can't figure out why????

Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download. If it's not on your computer's iTunes (it will be in the Books part of your library if it is) nor on a backup then you will need to copy it from your 4S to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11) and you can then sync it to your iPhone 5

just downloaded itunes version 10.2.2 + Qucktime and my ipohone has stopped working!
I am told there is a fault in my itunes software and I must reinstall.
Why has this happened, is there a fault with this new version?Whilst I don't have an answer, I hope a knowledge specialist does.I've seen numerous posts like this.After 10.2 update I lost library and haven't been able to actually connect my iphone to itunes for the upgrade. Each time I connect the iphone my system crashes. There was NOTHING wrong with my itunes or system until the point of update. There doesn't seem to be support, despite the extent of this problem. My iphone seems to need an update as its overheating and battery life is a nanosecond. BEYOND FRUSTRATED! All input welcome.

I activated the icloud backup on my iphone 4s and bought an extra 10gb of space. I clicked backup to icloud now to backup my trip photos. I want to be able to erase the photos on my phone because I'm at max capacity and I have another week to go on my trip. Based on the number of gb available before my attempt to do the backup and the much smaller gbs available now, I guess that the photos were backed up. How can I confirm that? Is there an icloud website I can log into to see exactly what has been backed up? I do not have access to my home computer so I don't think that I can access my itunes account, and even if I could I'm not sure that would tell me anything. Thanks for any insights you can give me.
FramoisYou can go to icloud.com from your computer to see what data is in the account (other than photo stream photos and your iCloud backup), but you won't know what data may have been accessed by someone else. If you're concerned, change your password as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624. After changing your iCloud ID password, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new password.
When you delete the account it only deletes the account and your synced data from your device, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account your data will be synced back when you sign back in. Save you photo stream photos before deleting the account (tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll) -
So I have an iPod Touch, 2nd or 3rd gen., and it has music synced from multiple Apple IDs. I need to know how to copy that music as an audio file to save on my computer.
You can copy iTunes purchased from a device to your computer's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases - if the account is authorised on your computer's iTunes then you should be prompted to authorise it when trying to copy them.
Or there are programs listed half-way down this page which can copy them back : Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device
You can then add them to your iTunes library via File > Add To Library, again you should be prompted to authorise the account if it's not already authorised.
You can also find the account that a track is tied to be selecting/highlighting it in the My Music part of your library, or the Music section of 'OnMy Device' when you select the device, and doing 'get-info' (command-i) - it will show on one of the tabs on the popup -

The solutions on here did not work for me. I tried.....
I have the same problem with a BRAND NEW iPhone 5c version 7.1- no sound when a text message arrives.
(1) I have "do not disturb" scheduled correctly. No partial moon on the main screen near the time and battery indicator.
(2) I have the ringer icon correct with no slash. Yes I turned the hardward mute switch to the UP position (ie the one above the + and - buttons on the left side. I tried messaging with the bell as shown and bell with a slash and neither work. The mute switch is not red (switch above the + volume hardware switch) I enabled some assistant using the Settings menu. And I press the dot (looks like a target symbol) and go to Devices and I can see what position the bell is in....either a bell with a slash or no slash.
(3) Yes ringtones are configured for text and other. I can hear them when I am under settings > sounds. But they do not link with the actual hardware.
(4) I rebooted the iPhone 5c by using the button at top, slide the red bar, then pressed it again, apple came up for a minute and it seemed to be back up.
(5) I upgraded the IPhone 5c from 7.0.4 to 7.1 using my pc and itunes. And the upgrade was successful but did not fix the text issue.
(6) I do not have it in airplane mode or silent mode.
(7) I reset all settings using Setttings > General > reset > reset all settings . this wipes settings but not data and media.
This is really frustrating. -
I have Photoshop 7 and have downloaded the Photoshop 7.01 download. I have a 64 bit computer and have been running and working with photoshop for about a year with no trouble. Now, It's started to corrupt files that I've manipulated in Photoshop. I start with a JPEG or PSD document and when I try to save it as a JPEG it corrupts it and I get a message indcating that when I try to open it. My objective is to insert the corrected file into a publisher document. I've been doing this same operation for quite a while but now it seems to be unworkable. I have Windows 7 home premium system.
You could also try resetting the photoshop 7 preferences.
Press and Hold the Shift+Alt+Ctrl keys just after starting the launch of photoshop 7
Keep holding the keys down until you get a dialog asking if you want to delete the photoshop settings file
Press Yes because you do. -
I can't gain access to my install discs and I have tried all the other suggestions for fixing this problem, so I'm thinking reinstallation is the only way.

My iphone 5 is having poor call quality? Verizon can't figure out why. Anyone else having problems?
My phone has been working without any problems since I bought it in January. Yesterday I had a Zagg invisible shield applied to my phone and as soon as I got home, the call quality was horrible. I could hear people on the other end however, they couldn't hear me, the call would be dropped, or they said I sounded like I was in a tunnel. I removed the zagg cover and it is still not working like it was before. I called Verizon and did everything from resetting the network settings, to restoring the phone to factory settings and restoring it from the last back up. Nothing is working. I have never had these problems up until yesterday. Verizon would try calling my cell and it would ring on their side but not on mine. Very strange. Phone is up to date on its software.
Anyone else having these issues or know a way it can be fixed???

I placed the <ul> css code you supplied in the main.css file as well. No avail.
But I did just notice there is a tiny thin yellow line between the logo and nameplate graphics at the top and the menu bar. That yellow line disappears in IE8 compatability mode. The graphics sit right on top of the menu bar, as it appears in Dreamweaver, and the margins and such all line up. In regular IE7, the thin yellow line is always there.
I don't know if this helps, but it is something I just noticed while tinkering around.
