TS4002 Can't access iCloud from iPhone/iPad

I cant access my iCloud account from iPhone or iPad, but I CAN access it from both my MacBook and my pc.
I've updated iTunes, and iOS 5, and each time I go to iCloud.com- it brings me to the page that reads the prompt; "set up iCloud on this device" well, I have followed the directions from the prompt over and over, and I can't seem to be able to access the screen with the prompts; "mail, "calendar," "iWork," and "find your iPhone."
I've already checked my settings and confirmed my username/pass work are correct
Any ideas?

On an iOS device, you cannot go to icloud.com with safari (you can using a computer). You must use the various apps (like mail, Calendar, Contacts) to access the data the iCloud syncs.

I did an upgrade (or down grade) to 5 os, and get into Icloud at the same time. Now I have triplicate and or cuatruplicate contact, Inclusive I did lost some aplication what I have bougth, I thougth I can get back to the previus version, but unstead I will need to get back to a brand new Iphone condition (or at least tha's what i understand) an isnstall al the apps again and if you read the instruction on Itunes, they will install the latest version *** soon as I restore the OS, So how its posible that this people think that i will do all this to get again the same version that is causing me this trouble,? any help will be apreciate. The Safari iCloud icon is for iCloud tabs which syncs all of your tabs in Safari between all of your iOS devices and Macs. So basically while you were dragging the iCloud icon into Finder, you were doing nothing. Also iCloud only saves information and files from certain applications such as Reminders, Notes, Messages, Safari, TextEdit, etc. If there are apps that do not natively support iCloud you cannot save their files to iCloud because Apple does not have a feature that can save any file from any app on your Mac. Sorry to tell you this.

Actually, there is a solution, and it sounds to go against what you want until you realize how well it works.
Seperate Apple IDs is the solution, but you can granularly sign into different things with different IDs. Now, I'm in the exact same situation as you and saw the exact same problem. Here was our solution:
1) Create new Apple IDs for everyone that didn't already have one. This meant my wife and daughter needed new IDs.
2) Go into Settings -> Message and select "Receive At..."
3) Change the Apple ID in iMessage on a per-device basis to the new ID for who ever owns that device. For example, the new ID for my wife went on her phone, same with my daughter.
Apple IDs are free, and you don't have to change the ID on every part of your phone. For example, we still have the generic family ID on iCloud and the store, but we have our own unique ones signed in on iMessage and Game Center. From what I can tell, this is the best of both worlds.

I got my daughter an ipad mini for xmas this year. I set it up under my account, but as she was using it. it seemed like it would be easier if she had her own account. I deleted my info and did a factory reset. I then set it up under her own user id and everything was fine.
My problem is....i cant access icloud from her ipad under the settings tab....it isnt highlighted.
I can sign on at icloud.com so i know the user id is valid.
Im not very tech savy and i really dont know a whole lot about mac products.
Any help would be great!

If you are unable to find the iCloud section in settings, navigate to Settings > iCloud or Settings > Mail, Contacts ,Calendars. If you choose the option to view it within Mai, Contacts, Calendars section and you do not see an iCloud account, then add it with the Add Account button.

That is correct that you have to set up groups in iCloud.com because you cannot do it in the Contacts app on the iPad. Why Apple designed it that way escapes me.
You can access icloud.com by making Safari identify as a desktop browser by tapping in the URL field and then pull down on the favorites window to reveal Request Desktop Site. I find it nearly impossible to work in iCloud.com on the iPad even when I can access it. Furthermore, I have created grouos in iCloud and I cannot use those groups in the mail app anyway. I have never had success sending a group email via this method.
I think that you will have much better success accessing iCloud on a computer which is the way that Apple designed to work anyway.

You can only subscribe to iTunes Match, and upload your music to it, from your computer's iTunes library - you can't do it from an iPad.
If they are iTunes purchases then you might be able to redownload them on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (and on your iPad 4 and iPhone via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store apps on them). For music that you got from other sources (e.g. copied from CDs) then if it's no longer on your computer and you don't have it on a backup, then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991

Why would you want to access your Pages documents on the iPad if you don't have Pages?
If you wanted to email them to someone, you could have done that on the Mac. If you want to edit them on the iPad you need the app on the iPad.
