TS4002 wiped icloud, cannot access account or contents
In trying to work out how to sync my iPad and iPhone 4, I've deleted my iCloud info, emails,pics, the lot. I can log in to iCloud from iPad but when I click on Mail, it comes up with a list of email providers. When I click iCloud, it again asks me to log in. When I do so, it tells me this account is already taken!!

iTunes content is managed by iTunes, not iCloud. Consider reporting in the iCloud forum.

Cannot access iTunes Protected Content in Shared Libraries on Apple TV 2.3

Does anyone else have this problem?
In Apple TV 2.3, I cannot access any protected content in SHARED libraries. The primary computer that syncs with Apple TV works fine, and I can listen to protected music, movies, etc purchased on iTunes, but from the other 4 computers in our household I cannot listen to their PROTECTED content, instead getting "Your Apple TV is not authorized to play this content".
If I revert to factory defaults (Apple TV 1.0), then I can listen to protected content in my own library and shared libraries without problems, but I cannot view movies I have purchased as they require Apple TV 2.0 or above.
I can reproduce this perfectly every time, basically if I upgrade to 2.3, I can't have protected content on shared libraries, and if I use 1.0 I can't have my movies...
All non-protected content is fine on both my synced library and the shared libraries.
I have tried all the Apple suggested fixes on their support page (factory reset of Apple TV, deauthorizing/authorizing iTunes on all the computers several times, and the internet connection definitely works - I tested it by buying a song via my TV).
A solution would be much appreciated, but I'm convinced that this is probably a bug since I can reproduce it over and over every time...No I don't have the other's authorized with my computer, but I don't see why it would matter though as the Apple TV is its 'own' device isn't it?
All of us have our own iTunes accounts so each of the shared libraries would be under a separate email address.
That said, in 1.0 it isn't an issue to access the DRM'd content in shared libraries under the various user accounts, it only seems to be 2.3 that has broken this for us.
I've logged a bug via that feedback page, do they actually get resolved though? -

same here. Google is reporting too many connections. My problem is that prior to the upgrade it was working "ok". So its clearly a 10.9 issue

My Apple ID is correct but iCloud cannot verify account. Somehow I have two Apple IDs. I did reset my password on my primary Apple ID and confirmed the new password from the email instructions. The primary ID is the one I'm using but iCloud still cannot verify.
Has anyone answered this question for you?

With my current apple activie and able to log in to itunes and other apple website, I cannot access icloud with error message "check your email xxx for instructions on how to verify your account. But checking email, no email was sent.

3. Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't work, try these steps:
1. Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
2. Tap Settings > iCloud and try to sign out.
3. Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
4. Tap Settings > iCloud and sign in with the new Apple ID.

On MacBook Pro, in iCloud I cannot access Apple ID username to change it, from previous user. Can anyone help?
In System Preferences>iCloud: Sign Out, reboot and then Sign In with your ID and password.
If Find My Mac is switched on you will be unable to sign out without the previous owners password. -
Error in account entry freezes Thunderbird so cannot access accounts to correct.
I have inadvertantly detailed a pop3 account as an imap. Firefox cannot a non existant account and asks for re-entry of password, this can not work and so Thunderbird freezes, so that I cannot access the account setting to correct, or access tools / accounts to remove from download.
When asked for password click on Cancel.
then go into 'offline' mode.
click on two blue screen icon located bottom left in Status bar,
It should change to two black screen icon when offline.
then Tools > Account Settings
select the account name
click on 'Account Actions'
select 'Remove Account'
click on Ok
then click on two black screen icon to change back to online mode.
Then add new exisitng mail account and check it is set up for Pop before selecting 'Done'. -
I need to renew my subscription, but no matter how long I wait, all I get is: "Please wait while the page loads..." But, it never loads. I have tried a couple of different computers, with the same results. This has been going on for nearly a week. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I recently changed my icloud account/mailaddress id on Itunes. Now when I want to login on ICloud, it tells me the login is wrong but I don't have the option to change it.
I added the old mailaddress I used via id.apple.com and verified/confirmed it via mail but still no luck logging in with old id. If I try to delete the account it asks for my password (with old id) and again it says the password is not ok. So I cannot change my appleid for icloud, I cannot delete it.
Also via Itunes no way to change. Please advise.

but when I try to delete the id (as you wrote) is required to enter the password from the old id to turn off "find the iPhone" funtion -
I paid on line for Adobe Export so to download the program and be able to convert Adobe docs, but could not access the account once paid and rec'd an email acknowledgement. Kept going around in circles, got on line chat but they could not help, told to contact Tech support M-F; Then tried to download a trial and could not get download assistant to respond. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE? This sucks, and very sorry to have to express this.
