TS4003 loging in on my pc hangs all the time.
I have my Ipad and Iphone synching up via the Icloud. I can't get my PC to synch up. I have tried everything. I am running the correct versions of software yet everytime i try to log in the computer just hangs. The hour circle just keeps going and going. Help!
Only music that you purchased from iTunes will show in the Purchased links - music that you bought from other sites or copied from CDs will only be where you put it e.g. on your computer and/or on your backup copy of your library.
If you want that music on your iPod then you will need to sync it from your computer to your iPod.
The only way that you would be able to download that music directly on your iPod, as opposed to syncing it from your computer, is if you have subscribed to iTunes Match and uploaded it to to that from your computer.
When you try to sync it, you are connecting the iPod and selecting it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes under 'Devices' (on iTunes 11 on a PC you can enable the sidebar via control-S) e.g.
On the right-hand side of the iTunes window there should then be a series of tabs, including one for 'Music' - if you select that you should be able to select which of your computer's iTunes music to sync to the iPod.

It's a disaster!
(all new CC2014 apps installed and updated) premiere pro CC2014 ; trying to export media to media enconder CC2014 which hangs all the time. Working on the latest mbp i7.
When one timeline is rendering in media encoder nothing can be added to it and premiere pro 2014 is significantly behaving like a mpb2,1 generation laptop.

A far from smooth update which I'am not used from U at adobe!
[Moving to Premiere Pro... JTS]Mine works ok until I render out a video. It brought my i7 system to its knees. Rendering out an hour long H264 video (in ppro, not media encoder) once the render was at 100% it just sat there for about 10 minutes finalizing or something? Anyways the whole system became almost unusable and every click or mouse move takes forever, like trying to eat peanut butter with a straw.
My system is an i7 4770k with 16gb of ram and a GeForce GTX760
windows 8.1 -
IPOD hangs all the time. Try this.

I am doing song rightclick then Get info->options->Start Time/End Time feature so that I can skip part of the song.
I made playlist and found that start/end time works some time, not all the time. Also Ipod totally hangs after I transfered playlist to ipod.
Any feedback. Is it a know issue ?

Mozilla Thunderbird hangs all the time, won't download messages, won't save messages,
Hi,
I have been running Mozilla Thunderbird since the beginning of the year.
I have always had problems, but it seems to be getting worse.
It won't download messages, it won't save messages at the time you send them, instead a window runs for ages saying:
"Copying messages to saved folder"
Then it says
"There was an error saving the message to sent, retry?"
You hit cancel and then it comes up with:
"The message was sent successfully, but could not be copied to your Sent folder. Would you like to return to the compose window?"
Then there is the problem of downloading messages, basically it doesn't all the time, it hangs and I have to either restart the computer or download them on my iphone.
It can take upwards of 20 minutes to download a single message.
I had a look at the "Activity Manager" and it seems frozen as well.
It also sends up the messages that the server has been disconnected or timed out.
I've had a look through the trouble shooting guide but can't seem to progress this.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
I am running the latest version, and have Windows 7, 64 bit.
I am fast of the opinion I'd better shell out some cash and get Windows Outlook as Thunderfox is a nightmare.

Firefox 4 .0.1 hangs all the time. Has to be Force Killed
Firefox hangs almost every time I run it on my Mac Laptop running Mac OS X 10.6.7. I have to force kill it every time. I have disabled all add-ons and also switched from 64bits to 32bits but the problem has not gone away. I am using Safari more and more and I don't want to do that.

Just curious. What size is your iPhone 6? They come with 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. There is no 32 GB model.

ITunes + iMac G5 + Leopard = hangs all the time
I've a iMac G5 with 1,5GB RAM running since 2 years fine with Tiger.
I use a NAS as data storage and Wlan. With the iMac G5 and my Macbooks (one with Leopard 10.5.1 + one with Tiger 10.4.11) i have had never problems at all.
After a clean install to Leopard 10.5.1 i have heavy problems with iTunes on my iMac G5. After starting iTunes the program needs appr. 50s-100s to start playing a song. During that time iTunes shows a beachball.
I deleted and installed iTunes again but receive the same results.

Photoshop cs5 64-bit hangs all the time when editing photos on Win 7 64-bit?
Recently installed Master Suite Collection CS5 on Win 7 64-bit. The computer is a 64-bit i5-480 CPU Lenovo and has an Intel HD GPU. Photoshop CS5 64-bit hangs constantly when I load a picture for editing and there is no way to get rid of the photoshop process except for a reboot. Have tried PSkill, and other options and nothing can get rid of it excetp for a re-boot. This is a major pain because I cannot get any work done.

Help!!!Let me first start by saying the Intel GPU drivers that implement OpenGL are often faulty. That's quite possibly the root cause of your problems.
If you reconfigure Photoshop not to try to use the OpenGL subsystem, via Edit - Preference - Performance, and unchecking the [ ] Enable OpenGL Drawing checkbox, does it get any better? Make sure to close and restart Photoshop after making this configuration change.
It is possible Intel has released newer drivers that may have corrected the OpenGL problems. Check their web site.

Why does Dreamweaver crash all the time, hang all the time and work so slow.
Why why why why why can't Adobe make a simple program that works. I hate Dreamweaver. I'm switching to Transmit. At least it works. Dreamweaver is garbage. Adobe seems to think that if they prettify a program with new splash screens and tutorials that people will buy it. But I already know how to work this useless piece of junk and I don't want to learn how to use it more as the more I use it the angrier I get. And as for tutorials if they'd just organize them and put their links in one spot they'd do every user a favor. I'm sick of looking for information about their useless programs only to find that the onlly resouorce is a tutorial on Lynda.com that's five years old. There are dozens of programs that Adobe makes (and has probably forgotten about) that don't have any manuals and those that have manuals have information that is inadequate or out of date.
I live for the day when a well-organized company buys out Adobe and runs it properly or when it finally gets broken up by whatever anti-monopoly organization their is so there is real competition for new customers and an incentive to create good programs.

I've had service support people on the phone for hours, unable to solve anything and my inquiries have been 'escalated' to the level of software engineers who allegedly wrote the program. They have responded, weeks later, that they were aware of the problem but unable to reproduce it. I'm not the only person who has complained about Dreamweaver or about Adobe's lack of information about its own products. Try, for example, learning about Edge Animate. You can't. There is no manual and what online help is available is sketchy and inaccurate. Even books about the program are inaccurate and Lynda.com tutorials are too old to be of any use. There are some great people on Adobe's forums who have helped me in the past, but what kind of company relies on users to do their job for them? That's like Chevrolet telling you to ask another owner how to change a tire. Adobe even advertises its forums as a pool of 'experts' as if we are all highly trained specialists just waiting to solve your problems. I think people who solve queries online should get paid.
As I said earlier, Adobe is an ugly dirty monopoly and it should be broken up so there is some real competition.

Outlook Hangs All The Time, Disbabled All Plugins, Works In Safe Mode
I am kind of at my wits end here.
A user has a very large mailbox, over 2 gigs.We have moved from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2013 (hosted service, so not the same server.) But first I deleted the user's profile on the Windows 7 machine and recreated thinking his profile may be corrupt, but
only after removing the Exchange account from the box, repairing, uninstalling, upgrading from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2013 and still the computer get hung up using Outlook. I have gone in an disabled all plugins (except Exchange) and tried, no luck.
The only thing that seems to work is running Outlook in safe mode. What else could be causing this to happen?

Since the issue does not occur in Outlook Safe Mode, it should be related to the third-party Outlook add-ins.
We can review the disabled add-ins list in Outlook safe mode, and disable all COM add-ins in Outlook cached mode then re-enable COM add-ins one-by-one until you found the add-in which cause the problem again. We can remove the add-ins by the following steps
in Outlook:
1. On the File tab, click the Options category.
2. Click Add-ins.
3. Select COM Add-ins from the Manage box, and then click
Go.
4. Click to clear the check box for any add-ins that you want to disable.
5. Click OK, and then restart Outlook.

Dear users,
I run the forte 4 IDE on the 1.4.0 runtime. Often forte hangs with a gray screen and the application does not respond to anything.
Does anybody know what the cause of this problem is?

I too had occasionally faced such problems when using forte 4.Try using Sun Java studio 5.
Its much faster and has lots of new features.

I have one Lion machine, an Intel iMac circa 2009, and it keeps hanging on me. Seems to be related to file system browsing from within apps, at least. Like, exporting a quicktime file from Quicktime Player 7, or within Xcode. Often the Finder will hang and I have to force quit, but the Finder relaunch may not work, and then I have to kill the power.
I dont' know if this machine's drive is going bad or what. Anyone else having this trouble?

BobThis looks suspiciously like your computer may be having RAM issues.
If you've recently added memory to your system, try removing it and see if the errors persist.
If not, try running the RAM tests located in the diagnostics on the Software Restore disc that originally came with your Mac. -
