If you mean can you locate it without having set up iCloud, the answer is no. You have to have set up iCloud and enabled Find My iPhone on your phone before it was stolen in order to locate it.

Hi all - I was due for an upgrade with a discount back in May; however, I was waiting for the new version of the iPhone to come out. Now that it is out, I know that you can preorder the phone Oct 7th. I have 3 questions:
1. Will I be able to preorder the iPhone 4S through the Verizon Wireless website?
2. Will I be able to use my upgrade to pre-order the iPhone 4S?
3. If I do preorder the phone, will I have to put a deposit? Or pay for it in full?

Ok! So I've preordered my first iPhone ever, the iPhone 5. I will finally be letting my iPod touch go!
I've synced my iPod touch 4g to iTunes so that once I receive the iPhone, I can plug it in and restore and sync all my purchased apps, etc. However, the iPod touch is on ios 5. I do not plan to update and back it up on ios6. Will there be any issues. When I try to restore my iPhone 5 on iOS 6 using data from a iPod touch 4g that ran ios5?It should be fine. I restored my new iPod Touch from the backup of my iPad. You will have to reenter keychain items like passowords since keychain items only restore back to the same device unless you use an encrypted backup. The iOS of the target device (phone for you) has to be at lest as great as that of the source device.

It can use both in all the commercials they are using wifi im trying to find out just how much Siri depends on data but so far I think it mainly uses it to pull info up and for some reason to dictate email but it does work on carrier data I guess it's just slower so you don't neccersarily need a data plan in place or have to dig into it to use Siri If you have wifi close by

No you don't. You log into iTunes with your Apple ID but you can use one Apple ID for iTunes and a different Apple ID for iCloud. On your device go:
Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and sign in with a new Apple ID
This will only change the Apple ID for iCloud and both devices will continue to download apps and backup to the shared iTunes account.
