I had a iPhone 3GS I was using As a iPod basically to store music in my car and play videos and things.
However, someon broke into my car stealing said phone and radio and misc other stuff. And I cannot locate it on find my iPhone or anything like that.
So i figure someone wiped the phone and reset it.
However, it would be invaluable to see where this was done at and find out who stole all my stuff and broke into my car. So I could at least eliminate that person as my friend. Cause I think it was a person that knew me that did it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I only have the box the phone came in and the imei number from at an t.

I'm guessing you mean a way, other than pressing the volume UP button on the headphones cable... Also, are you saying that the maximum volume (using the volume button) is not loud enough? If so...
I don't have the 3G iPod shuffle, but there is probably a Limit Maximum Volume setting, and it may currently be set lower than you want. With the iPod shuffle selected in the iTunes sidebar (under DEVICES), go to the Settings or Summary tab (over to the right). See if there is control there for limiting the maximum volume on the shuffle. If so, disable it or set it to the desired max loudness. Apply the change.

is there a way to show the end dates of the previous month in bold or make it stand out? so 30,31 and 1st of this month don't all look the same? For example the 30,31st get a regular text since they are a part of the the last month and this month gets bold dates? Its hard to read the dates anyways.

What OS version are you running it on?
The answers to those questions can be useful in giving you specific instructions.
For general discussion, the answer is yes.
Now, how do you want to display the two Videos, such as side-by-side, with each taking up 1/2 of the Frame, or in some other configuration?
Basically, what you are talking about is PiP (Picture in Picture), but exactly how you will need to set things up will be dictated by the version of PrE, and then exactly how you want those two Videos to display.

Not on my document. I have a 7 page document open. The "flashing vertical bar" is at the top of page 3. I have the thumbnail view showing. I click page break and two blank pages are added to the end of my document. I have to scrool thru the pages to see that the 2 pages were added as they do not appear in the layout view... I'm not sure if it is inserting a "section" as it adds two blank pages.. But I am clicking on "INSERT PAGE BREAK".. So guess there are still a lot of bugs to fix..

If we open a Document from Untrusted location,the file is opened in Protected mode and a Red Message bar is shown below the ribbon for Excel,Word apps.
Can we show this type of similar message bar with custom Message in Outlook or any other Office App.

Are you displaying an MSG file? Keep in mind that Outlook creates a temporary copy in one of Outlook folders, so strictly speaking your are not looking at a file.

Preview 5.0.3 keeps hiding my text annotations, forcing me to find them 1 by 1 and double click on them to show their text, is there a way to show all?

Somtimes, Preview 5.0.3 will hide my text annotations, forcing me to find them 1 by 1 and double click on them to show their text. After clicking on the Pen icon on the sidebar, i can see what slide numbers they are on, and have to go through 1 by 1 and double click them. For 200 slide classes, this becomes very annoying, is there a way to show all? or just to prevent it from hiding them in the first place?

What is browsed on one device has nothing to do with what is browsed on any other device. If you see something in a browser history in the iPhone, then either he didn't click "private" or didn't clear the history on that device.
I also want to know if I synced both of our IPads, will what he looks at thru safari privately or not show up on my IPad Air? (most likely not, but I need to ask)
No. Again, browser history is not synced to other devices.
If he's surfing and either using Private Browsing or clearing the history, then there's no way you can see what sites he's visited. You'll just have to decide how to deal with that from there.

Why is there no way to delete all emails from my iphone?

Why is there no way to delete all emails from my iphone? IOS 7.1. Every other phone in the market allows you to 'select all' then delete.
This trick of selecting one, then holding move, then unchecking (and subsequently moving all the emails to trash) doesn't work. I've read these suggestions and while it appears to work the emails just show up again once you leave and return to the inbox. Perhaps it worked on an older version of IOS.
It blows my mind this is not a standard function. I get a few hundred emails at work every day, and most of the time I just want to delete all of them from the phone as I've read them already. Currently it seems i can only click edit and then have to check each email individually to be able to delete them at the same time; this is the definition of tedious. I would think there are millions of other iphone users who get their company email on their phones that must experience the same thing. It seems now i either spend 20 minutes a day deleting emails, or just let thousands of emails accumulate on the phone (taking up space and also making it hard to just review the most recent emails which is all I want to be able to do when checking email on my phone).
I am hoping I am just missing some simple solution here that everyone else uses. Please help!!

Only Apple could answer as to why there is no "select all/"delete all" function in the iOS mail app. Users have been bemoaning this lack of functionality for years now. Like everyone else, you can submit feedback to. Apple here.

While I understand the whole idea of being able to use the phone on the run, if you have an IMAP email account, and if you have access to a computer at work during the day, use your "select all" function on the server and delete all of the unwanted email there and it will be removed from the phone as well.
That doesn't solve the problem on the phone, but it gets rid of the email which is your ultimate goal anyway.

Is there a way to have Australian english on an iPhone, the phone keeps changing my spelling over to American English (which is not the entire world) and this aggravates me, it changes colour to color and s's to z's and when it does learn the word it still shows it as being an error.
There has to be some way to fix this problem.

For now you might want to set the iPhone for British English, this may take care of most of your writing.
Open "Settings" - "General" - "International" then:
1. Tap on "Language" and select "British English" and "Done" - then
2. Tap on "Keyboards" - "Add a New Keyboard..." - and select "English (UK)"
After you select "English (UK)" you will be returned to the list of keyboard set up for your iPhone. If you do not want to use US English you can "Edit" the list and delete "English" - and leave "English (UK)" as your only English keyboard.
If you want to keep both you can chose which one you would like to use. When an app opens the keyboard tap on the little globe icon next to the "Space button" to cycle through the keyboards.
