TS4006 Issue with receiving notification  emails !

I use to receiving notification  emails each time i log into " find my iPhone " , but now i receive it just if i inter from new device , how can i receive  those emails again ?

Hi,
Request and Response should be part of same agreement. I hope you are not confused between Acknowledgement and Response. Acknowledgement can be received in the same session (sync mode) but Response will always come in a different session and will be treated as a different document. If, for request, party A is initiator and B is responder then for response party B will be initiator and party A will be responder (as Requset and Response are two docs in case of Custom Document)
For configuring X-Path, please refer section 8.3.11 Configuring the XPath Expression for a Custom XML Document at below link -
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B14099_19/integrate.1012/b19370/busact_coll.htm#sthref784
Please let us know whether you are trying to receive a response or Ack?
Regards,
Anuj

    Hi, I'm using MAC OSX 10.6.8 and have intermittent issues with receiving new emails - sending is OK. I've tried the workarounds (take offline & take online), quitting mail etc - no luck. Have cleared space, checked Window - Doctor and server has green light.  Mail Activity shows 47 emails waiting to download, iPad and iPhone download them all OK - no extra big files stopping the download either.    In the past, quitting mail has worked, but not today... Any suggestions?

    My wife has issues with her AOL email and a tech rep told her to contact Apple for a virus scan. Has anyone else had a problem like this?

    You forgot to describe the 'issues' but there are no viruses that affect Apple OS X.
    You may find this User Tip on Viruses, Trojan Detection and Removal, as well as general Internet Security and Privacy, useful:
    https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-2435
    The User Tip (which you are welcome to print out and retain for future reference) seeks to offer some guidance on the main security threats and how to avoid them
    Bear in mind that from April to December 2011 there were only 58 attempted security threats to the Mac - a mere fraction compared to Windows malware:

    All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

  • Issue with AQ notification callback.

    Hi,
    I'm using OCCI API to subscribe for event notification.
    I was able to open subscription and the callback is triggered when the messages are enqueued from DB.
    I'm having issues with extracting the data in the callback.
    From the oracle doc, I see that only RAW payload is supported if the queue is non-persistent. Different payloads are supported if the queue is persistent and that the user is supposed to explicitly dequeue messages since the messages are not provided as part of NotifyResult argument of the callback.
    My question is how do I dequeue messages when the callback is triggered.
    I tried to use the consumer with in the callback as below:
    Consumer consumer(_connection);
    consumer.setConsumerName("fbe_ac1_usr");
    consumer.setDequeueMode(oracle::occi::aq::Consumer::DEQ_REMOVE);
    consumer.setQueueName("xrfdbo.fbe_ac1_queue");
    Message mes = consumer.receive(Message::OBJECT, "CONSOLIDATED_UPDT_MSG_T", "XRFDBO");
    PObject* obj = mes.getObject();
    I'm getting the exception "21301ORA-21301: not initialized in object mode"
    I believe this is due to Environment being created in EVENTS mode to register for subscription.
    If I change the mode to OBJECT when I create Environment, I'm getting exception "ORA-01010: invalid OCI operation" while registering for subscription.
    Is there any other way to dequeue DB type messages when callback is triggered ?
    In order to create a consumer within the callback, I changed my Connection object pointer as static. Is this the right way ?
    Thanks

    Environment modes are cumulative. You need to define both object and events mode at the same time, which you can do with a bitwise OR of EVENTS and OBJECT.
    You are spot on about non-persistent queues. They are deprecated (and slightly buggy, you get the raw payload as an XML document if you dereference the payload pointer in the notification callback function, but I find things go missing, like timestamps for instance), it's replaced by a new kind of persistent queue that behaves similarly to NP queues. I forget the marketing name now, let me go look it up and update the thread.
    EDIT: buffered queues.
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14257/aq_intro.htm#sthref76
    It's a persistent queuing but the messages live in shared memory until the streams_pool_size is reached. I could be wrong, but I think Oracle built on this to provide continuous query notification.

  • Is ADMIN user able to receive notification emails?

  • Issue With Receiving Calls. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    For the past couple of months both lines on my account have been experiencing issues. Randomly, when someone attempts to call one of the 2 lines (me or my wife), they receive the "Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless. The number you have reached has been changed, disconnected, or no longer in service." They then have to call back (sometimes multiple times before they can get through). I experience it when I call from my mobile to my wife's phone as well. It is become quite a pain and VZW has been NO help at all!!! They claim I am in a marginal service area. There are multiple problems with that statement.
    1. I am in a great service area and I always have full service.
    2. The problem does not always occur in my home service area!!!
    The rep then changed her mind and said it must be equipment, however my wife has been through 3 different phones within the past couple of months.
    She then recommended I changed carriers!!!!! This really upset me as I have Verizon service for everything (VZW and FiOS).
    Can someone please recommend any kind of solution????

    First, you really should consider calling another representative and report your disatisfaction with that prior rep. Advising you to switch carriers was in poor taste. They are trained quite thoroughly to assist customers to the fullest and not advise leaving VZW. Secondly, if the issue has transcended the device in that it has happened through multiple esn changes (your wife has been through 3, you wrote), then it obviously is not the device. Next, if you are experiencing intermittent issues with this in an area that otherwise works fine, it probably has nothing to do with the service coverage; if the coverage was a problem, you either would be unable to make a call at all, would have multiple dropped calls, or would experience an increasingly degraded call quality. This tells me that it has to do with the phone's connection to the network, which an over-the-air program attempt might resolve (*228, option number 1 - you could even possibly get away with option number 2) like the prior individual explained above. The likelihood is that you are going to need to file a trouble ticket with your lines, which can only be done through technical support after going through the initial level of troubleshooting through customer care. You really should call them again, with this knowledge backing you up.

  • Issue with Receiver SOAP adapter for synchronous scenario

    Hello All,
    We are facing a strange issue with the SOAP adapter in the interface we have setup. This is the 1st time we are using SOAP adapter in our system (PI 7.11 SP7). We are making a synchronous HTTP call to the web service exposed by another system in our landscape. The payload is send with SOAP envelope and there are no credentials to be maintained in PI settings.
    The issue is that we are always getting timeout exception in PI audit logs after sending the request (3 minutes - standard timeout value, no additional config for this). But target system has confirmed that they are sending the response back. We tested from our server OS level and have received the response back in the same screen (to verify there is no firewall/port issue in between the systems). But when tried from RWB, it is always giving the timeout exception and we are not able to see any other log.
    We have tried checking in the NWA logs as well after increasing the logging level to ALL for com.sap.aii.adapter.soap. But surprisingly, we didn't get any logs at all for the outgoing SOAP call or incoming response and hence we are unable to trace the issue.
    We have setup another synchronous inbound SOAP interface (PI exposing the webservice) and it is working fine. We are also able to trace the logs in both audit log and NWA logs.
    Is there anywhere else we can check for the logs? Audit logs is showing timeout error and we are not able to see anything in NWA logs.
    Does the target system need to maintain PI credentials in the header when they send the synchronous response back?
    Are there any specific settings which should be checked to enable the sync communication? (this should not be the case since the inbound interface is working fine)
    Please help.
    Thanks
    Justin

    Hi Amit,
    Thanks for the reply.
    Yes we had tested successfully via SOAP UI as well (forgot to mention that). We are getting back the expected response in SOAP UI without using any credentials. We got the same response when we tested it through OS commands from PI server.
    The WS is hosted by the target system and they haven't maintained any credentials at their end. So when PI is trying to access, we don't need to provide any credentials. My question is, whether the target system should keep any credentials to send the synchronous response back to PI (java stack). We have tried that as well but since there aren't any logs, we are unable to verify whether the credentials are coming correctly.
    The service interfaces are correct and PI configuration are OK. I will try the XPI inspector for logs as you have suggested.
    Thanks

  • Issue with Receiver MDM Adapter - Integrated Configuration

    Hi Experts,
    My scenario is I need to pick a file from PI Directory and push it into MDM Ready folder.
    The source file structure is ~ delimiter text file and at the receiving end , I need to push the same file as it is.
    At the receiving side I have used MDM Adapter.
    The issue at receiving side is:
    I am receiving file with .xml extension with the same content as of source file but my requirement is .txt file.
    Please advise on this.
    I am using SAP PI 7.31.
    P.S.- I have not used FTP at the receiver side due to some other concerns.
    Thanks,
    Vivek Jain

  • Anyone have any information about iphone 6 and 6  issues with receiving Unknown caller IDs from pbx systems?

    We are seeing any issue with iphone 6 and 6+ phones receiving "Unknown" on the caller id when they receive a call from a PBX system. All other versions of iphones are not having this issue. I have read several forums and it seems to be a carrier issue with the new LTE towers. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    yes its a new issue for me too.  Are you a ATT customer? My brother has iphone 6 but with another carrier and has no problems..

  • Issue with iCloud.. email address and responding

    Hi Everyone,
    Not sure why this is happening but I have encountered some recent issues with iCloud. A little history I restored my iphone 4s and have reinstalled and reset all my accounts, apps, and services. All was working well until this last week.
    1) Before (restoring my phone), I was able to reply to any email (icloud or other) on my phone AND select which ever 'from account' I had available, INCLUDING the icloud alaises. Now when I reply through the phone I do not get access to those alaises for some reason.
    2) Through the browser (Safari or Chrome), I can not reply to emails in iCloud. It crashes. I can however forward, but once I hit reply it generates an error.
    iCloud has also somehow merged my emails addresses into mail but again disregarding the alaises created. I don't sync my MacBook Mail with iCloud Mail documents (Thank God), but I do sync Calendars, and Contacts. (Btw it would be nice to select which Contact groups to sync with as on iTunes)
    Not sure what is going on but it has become quite annoying especially when it was working just fine about 2-3 weeks ago.
    Any ideas/solutions?
    Thanks

    Try going back to http://appleid.apple.com and changing the ID back to the original address. If you can get this accepted, then go to the iCloud preferences/settings pane, stop 'Find My ....', and then sign out. Do the same on any other devices or computers.
    Then go back to http://appleid.apple.com and change the ID to the new one. Sign in with that on all your devices.
    However as the address which forms the original ID is now not working it can't be validated and it's possible that you won't be able to revert to it. In this situation only Support can help you.
    To contact  iCloud Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/
    You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
    If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee.

  • Unable to receive notification emails

    Hi All,
    I am trying to have notification emails sent by dbconsole ; when the database is down / up on weekends.
    My TEST_EMAIL_SERVER config on SMTP page works fine ; but the emails are not sent once the db is down / up.
    I have set the notification rule and the schedule from 1am to 11pm round the clock ; but dont receive the emails.
    Any pointers on what else am missing here ?
    DB : 10.2.0.1.0
    OS : Win 2003 32bit
    Appreciate it.
    Thank you.

    by the way, you can setup event based trigger when starting up and shutdown down and events follows...
    as an example:
    begin
    utl_mail.send(sender =>'[email protected]',
    recipients =>'[email protected]',
    subject =>'Shutdown production databasel',
    message =>'The receipt of this email '||'that shutting down the database'||'works for UTL_MAIL'
    end;
